Not impressed with the service I got,the guy did not acknowledge me when I came in the shop,tried to ask questions about the mods I was looking at,felt like I wasn’t welcome,
Luckily I worked out what I wanted ending spending £77, currently looking elsewhere.

Very impresive range of vape liquid & E cig devices. Friendly, well informed staff, helped me to find the right E-cig for me at a very reasonable price. I can totally recomend this place, very much worth a visit even though not in the town centre, it is very accessable with free parking. I will be using them again I am sure!

Great experience today! The two lads were extremely welcoming even while serving they acknowledged my entry to the shop! Both were extremely knowledgeable and bounced off each other very well! Great atmosphere!! Great selection of products. The one with the beard (sorry didn’t get his name) showed me how to set up my new device and explained all the functions so well. Best costumer service I’ve ever had in a vape shop!! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to the lads at work!!!

Hi there, at approximately 2.30pm today 23rd Dec we visited Torquay, my son purchased a vape from your store for myself. He immediately opened it outside and noticed it wasn't working. He is used to that model so I asked the assistant (Jam) to help. Initially he tried to assist and help diagnose problem but he then realised it was faulty and stated abruptly " nothing I can do, it's against the law for me to refund you" , I asked if he was certain and that there must be some assistance for us. He wasn't budging to assist. I left the store momentarily as I saw another customer waiting and to also retry the vape but to no avail. I then came back in and asked for details to call yourselves as I'm sure there must be a complaint system ? He aggressively told me in front of another customer to get out of HIS shop or else he will call the police.
I think you should know I'm proceeding with this matter through trading standards and will also leave as many trip advisor, Google and Facebook reviews that I can unless this is sorted. We have used all your other shops and never had anything like this happen. You should be aware you have a staff member who refuses customers the correct procedural information when receiving a faulty item. His attitude stank and I'm certain you'd like to know about this. When I left the store the customer and even security told me that "that guy is known for it".
Just rang my bank and told them the situation they they will refund me then pursue you if it's not remedied.
