I learned so much in my YTT-200 program!! I am thankful for the changes I’ve seen in myself and my practice as well as the wisdom I gained to help others. The flexible format worked so well for me! I was able to work full-time and take my time working through the curriculum at a slow pace to accommodate my schedule. I cannot recommend My Vinyasa Practice highly enough!!

This is a great school with a great set up for remote learning. The teachers are excellent and the support is awesome. Whenever we have questions, there is always someone there to help and provide detailed information on any questions that arise. I got one certification from this school and am studying to get another one, and I have a few trainings on my list that I want to get from this school. Everyone working at MVP is great, compassionate and communicate their passion with love and authenticity.

Great experience! There is a wealth of information given out between Michelle and her material, and her lead trainers. Always something going on and a way to learn and ask questions. Highly recommend this school and won't be going anywhere else for my yoga education.

A little disappointed in my online 300 hour ytt... MVP is not super user friendly when it comes to their online classes, and there was zero transparency about the fact that when you finish your content on the learning portal,you have not even begun to finish the program, as they require you to log 60 hour plus another 60 hours of their inaccessible online content and the log system does not work. At all. I had logged over 40 hours of watched online content and they do not count anywhere so those hours are lost. I contacted peer support so many times and they were slightly helpful but not able to help me with this. They require 20 hours of teaching which is fine, I'm a 200 hr ryt and I've been teaching for over ten years, but I do not have access to the type of camera equipment it would take to record that much content... In summary I wish I had known about the extra hours before I signed up for the program, I would have sought training elsewhere. Pretty disappointed overall. It would be helpful to have a syllabus or outline of materials required before students are accepted because it isn't fair to those of us who lack the resources and skills to access and upload hours of online content.

I loved the Vinyasa practice. I loved how they were continuously evolving what they were offering, always developing and changing everything. I also tend to be a procrastinator so having access and working at my own piece is a big factor and Michelle has worked amazingly with me on this all along.

My Vinyasa Practice was the perfect experience! I had just given birth to my first child and was struggling to find my way around motherhood. I decided to start my journey to finally become a yoga instructor and the encouragement and support I received was something you can’t find anywhere else. I was able to take my time and work at my own pace. Even after receiving my certificate for a 200 hour license I come back for extra trainings when I can. Their instructors are so kind and knowledgeable the variety of experience they have is beyond what I’ve seen anywhere else.

I really liked how flexible the plan was. I appreciated all the recorded classes. However, the customer service was very lacking. Don't call! They take about a week to get back to you and I never had anyone answer a call when I called. Even though it was during business hours. Just do the messaging system on the website. I like that their lectures are on the weekends but I wish they were shorter. I wanted to be there live but with 2 little kids I could never stay on for the whole thing. Then when I would go back and watch the recording I would have questions but not be able to ask the teacher. Maybe they could have a teacher question form where you could submit your questions to the teacher to get clarification and feedback if you weren't able to join the live class. Other than that it was a great program.

My experience was excellent. I subscribed for YTT200h and I was so afraid that I would not learn online. And as soon as started I was learning so much! The mentors and teacher are always available they answer your emails super quick and during the live classes you have access to the teachers ask any question etc. and now I can tell that I feel so grateful for this course today I teach classes at the beach and I’ve learned so much with my Vinyasa Practice and still been learning bc the access is lifetime so I still watch the lectures. I 100% recommend this course !

My Vinyasa Practice enabled me to further my yoga journey and become a yoga instructor. Their online format is excellent for distance learning and also self-paced. I would highly recommend this school for becoming a yoga teacher.

MVP was the best option for getting my yoga teacher certification! The online aspect helped me so much due to my full-time work schedule. If it wasn’t for MVP, I probably never would have gotten my certification because of the pricing and inconvenience of in-person options. I’m very proud to have chosen MVP for my yoga journey!
