Shipping is not the same as in the past
I have been using Vitabath since the 80's and have been ordering online for at least 3 years. This is the worst experience that I have had with them. When I received my order I found that I had received someone else's order and they had received mine. It is now 2.5 weeks later and I still have not received my order. The customer service rep is very nice however I still have not received my products.

Love my Vitabath Gels! The delivery was not good, box was damaged and opened despite all the taping they attempted to keep it closed. I was fortunate that my products were not damaged and everything I ordered was accounted for.

I've been using Vitabath products since the 70's and they are the best. Recently had a damaged product (first time ever, damaged in shipping) and was promptly refunded the price of the item. Original Spring Green Gelee is concentrated and lasts a very, very long time. The cost is more because they're worth it! Highly recommended!
