they not protect you from scammers ... and they have no support ... once I bought computer rams ... they came wrongly specs I resend it back ... they took and refused to refund my money ... and the platform did nothing

I received an order for 2 fire extinguishers that were badly damaged. I am still 2 weeks later trying to get a return code though I have contacted them repeatedly by phone and email. They keep delaying and I don't even know why. I order from many of the Turkish online sites and never received such bad customer service. On their site they say "Easy Returns" and this is a lie. I am still waiting.

share and win campaigns do not work, they are deceiving the nation. They are closing the support request without providing a solution. n11 is making deceptive false advertisements..

I want to thank Yiğit from customer service for helping me with a very stressful situation regarding the return of multiple items where the kargo were not at all courteous. He spoke perfect English, was polite calming and informative. He deserves the praise given and I would regard him as a credit to the N11 customer service team.

The most worst company ever I have experienced in my life before. If you have a problem with your order it is very complicated to contact the seller. My strong advise is to anyone who visit the scam website. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM N11.com. You will be definitely SCAMMED.

Dodgiest company I have ever had to deal with. I placed 2 orders and they have shipped the items (or just entered tracking numbers) and suddenly they called the parcel back for both order and after 7-8 calls to the company they still refuse to refund the money back. Stay away from this website and if possible run away and dont look back. It is a dodgy company to take your money and not deliver any goods.

terrible online eCommerce company by all measures. i received a wrong order from the seller, and tried to return the item. the process is very difficult. when i finally was able able to complete the return online, the system gave me a return code to a wrong cargo company. i tried to connect with their support, but they online have a robot support. no live support. i will never buy from n11! terrible company that dont care about earning customers' trust!

Do not trust this company. They don't have any customer support for the people if there's something wrong with your items. They won't refund your money. They only take the side of the store.
Go with eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Trendyol, etc.

They are really bad platform. But can not explain it with my pure English. They took my money and banned me from their system. The reason is that I resend a product which costs 2.5 dollar to the seller with my official right to give back the unpleasant item. . They didn't give my money for more than 2 weaks. Instead they banned me and can not enter to the site. There are no law here to protect the buyers. Never ever suggest it. Go to amazon.com.tr.

I’m buying from every turkish website in turkey but none was as abd as n11.
I bought a ps4 controller and it came broken.
Anyway I asked for a cancellation and a refund but they kept pushing me for 15days until I made a complaint about them in “şikayetvar.com” in the same day they answered and said we’re refunding your payment.
As I said the other websites are much better such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, GittiGidiyor...

It is safe and secure Online shopping company I still prefer to shop on it site even after amazon available in Turkey
