Friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff

Practitioner who administered the IV was gentle and charming (thank you) - though unfortunately she seemed to be over run as the clinic was very full. (And I believe she was the only one administering to all; so was constantly checking other rooms)
I was put in an open room with 2 strangers but offered (for an additional fee) to go to a private room. (I declined)
There was no cleaning or wiping of seats etc between clients and on the table next to me was a half drank water
(There seemed to be a lot of staff about but doing nothing …)
At the end of my session the billing price was 40% more than agreed. I had booked the “anti fatigue” package but everyone seemed too busy to explain why the bill was higher and I was told in quite a disgruntled rude manner that the person in charge of booking / billing would email me …
I received the email today that said “anti fatigue advanced” but still no explanation on why the billing was exponentially higher .. what is “advanced” ..
it’s almost like they make up prices as they go along …
I asked if there was any “packages” for long term usage with discount and got a hard “NO!” When clearly on the website there is.
Can’t work out if it’s because of new staff (I overheard other patient ask about some staff members and was told they had left..) or if they just want to churn people out.::
I do IV infusions at other places regularly, which are clean, kind and hospitable but I came here for the NAD+ but is it worth it for the rude staff and basic atmosphere, and non reliable pricing ..,

Really very friendly and professional experience. It made the whole experience most enjoyable. The NAD treatment is really something to try, I was sllightly scepticle but, open minded enouugh to try. I was not dissapointed, it really is peculiar how well you feel post treatment, at 57, its a complete bonus!

Super friendly and attentive staff. Great place

From the reception staff, to each nurse administering the NAD+, everyone was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been suffering from post viral/ chronic fatigue for nearly a year before I had my course of NAD+. I have not slept this well in years, I have more energy than ever and my brain fog is gone. This has allowed my life to get back on track, and has been truly life changing, in the best way possible.

Feel amazing. Staff looked after me as always.

Amazing first experience with NAD+! All the staff made me feel very comfortable and were able to find the best infusion for me. I was nervous for the infusion, however the nurses made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my treatment! Cant recommend enough! I look forward to the continued benefits and energy boost!

The staff there all seem to have been handpicked for their great social skills. From the moment you step in they make you feel so at home….and now about the treatments. I have had cocktails of vitamin C, Glutothione and NAD. Gosh…am I energetic! From the 1st treatment I started sleeping so well. Highly recommended.
