They send you nails that do not fit the size chart so that you have to send it back at your own cost for a 20% restock fee, and then if some don't fit they don't send replacements even if the issue is on their end, they ask you to pay for them. You literally purchase from them and then they trail a way to make more money from you. Doesn't respond to emails or comments properly. Such a scam literally my 255 down the drain.

I recently bought from nailcissist, I'm from UK and didn't incur any additional customs, I bought the gummy bear, the fruit orange ones and dungeons and dragons, I like short as I'm a contact lense wearer, they came in 4 days by DHL,
Quailty- outstanding the detail is next to none and by far my favourite
Price- most expensive and outrageous prices considering you only get 10 nails and you pay an additional £6 for extra nails
Sizing - I measured each nail correctly and chose XS in 2 packs and S in dungeons and dragons and the small fit perfect, the XS the thumbs and middle finger were too thin, so I had to file my nail to the bone and they now fit fine, the small in my opinion even tho bigger still fit better because my thumb and middle are covered, the sizing is a bit of a gamble in my opinion even though i measured, the problem I have with most sizing is you measure and it's not always going to fit, but I did make it work.
Convience- so being a contact lense wearer I found that the gummy bear ones can be a bit distracting, I can do normal stuff it's just a little awkward, reason why I'm saying this is because yes the gummy bears are amazing but not practical, I wouldn't buy these again based on a teddy being on every nail and I should of realised this, if the bears were accents and the thumbs and index were basic jellies I'd be sweet, so if Ur a contact lense wearer , opt for something that has not got loads of crap on the first fingers, the orange and dungeons are fine,

Now would I buy again ? Yes yes I would because I now know how they fit and what to buy, they can be reused, and as for wearing contacts I know what ones I like, that won't distract me.
They have a good range.

I gave 3 stars because there super expensive like ridiculous and the sizing is a complete gamble but i made it work, as for the durability on these I'm not sure as I only applied recent but I'm sure they will last me a week I applied enough glue for sure.

Glue doesn’t hold strong enough consistency having to re glue last few days . Nice nails though good quality just glue is my issue

the nail art itself is amazing! unfortunately, these nails pop off constantly and i always have to put them on again. the nail-glue is very weak, even after doing everything recommended. it says it can stay up for 4 weeks, but in my experience they only last a few days. i also received nails that have been almost sharp at the tips because of sloppy work, so i keep scratching myself. they also have a short selection of nails for people that didn’t like having long nails— but the sizes are great. i have very small nails, and they fit perfectly. i have used nails from nailcissist for almost 4 months, and the biggest problem is the glue itself. i’d suggest buying stronger glue yourself, but it’s a bit of “false advertisment” saying that it’s “extra strong glue”— they stick on ANYTHING that ISNT the nails itself.

Beware! Won’t let you return items. Spent 225 dollars on things I can’t use.

I measured the size of my fingers according to their guide but they didn’t fit. I asked if I could return the unopened ones but did not get a response.

The customer service took 2+ days to respond and stopped replying after I asked if I could return the unopened ones.

I would steer clear.

I'm obsessed! I ordered from Italy, the nails came from Australia approximately a month later, quality is great and they sent a mini kit with a nail file, glue, a nail stick and some glue stickers. I had to pay an extra 16.32 euros for customs fees, if it wasn't for that and the long shipping time I'd say perfect. Nails are stunning, the package was great, nothing broke. Quality is really good!

I ordered from uk the parcel was delivered within 4ish days. Packaging was really pretty and the nails did not disappoint. I used the glue tabs as advertised on their website, they lasted 4 days after that I took them off. I'm sure they could last even longer. I'm actually so happy and I will be buying from them again <3
