I’m sorry to hear you’ve found the taste difficult and that you experienced some initial stomach discomfort. While most customers get on well with the flavour, a small number do find it quite strong at first—often due to certain active ingredients. The good news is that, as you’ve noticed, those side effects can settle as your body adjusts.

A couple of small tips that might help with the taste: some customers find it much easier to take when chilled or mixed into a smoothie or juice to soften the flavour.

In terms of results, you’re still quite early in your journey—fertility support typically builds over time, and we usually recommend consistent use for at least 2–3 months to really support egg and hormone health. That said, we completely understand wanting to see results, especially with the investment involved.
