Amazing customer service
We had a few issues with damages with our items, which can happen in delivery. But Kye in customer services handled it amazing. Was so helpful and organised replacements so quickly. Would highly recommend using this company.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Tried to return an item and contacted the company through their website. They claim to have never received these and now say im out of the return period! How convenient, avoid at all costs.
I’m sure they will respond to this with some lame excuse again. Ill take my interior design business elsewhere!!!!!!

Our apologies for the delayed reply to this.
As we use fully automated accounting software, we need to be notified if a return is to be completed within 14 days of delivery through one of our multiple contact methods. Sadly if we're not notified within our returns policy, our system automatically shuts off the order meaning there's little we can do (as on this occasion the order was sent directly from our supplier who also has a returns policy)
We've double-checked and have recieved no contact from regarding a return until this had expired, except from a product query sent the day the order was placed (which was successfully submitted via the ticket system).
We have many methods of contact:
- Ticket-based online system which confirms your ticket has been created via the email address provided at the time of submission
- Webchat
- Phone (Monday-Friday 9-5)
- Direct email address
If you would like to discuss this any further, please do not hesitate to get in contact via our support system.

Originally purchased this table from another company, after about 3 weeks it still hadn’t arrived, I emailed, and emailed, and emailed again, the company eventually cancelled my order without even informing me. I was not a happy bunny , then I found Naken, the exact same table was even cheaper and I had a really swift delivery. Thankyou, I love it 😁

Very good value and service was excellent, quick delivery, glasses well wrapped and protected, great product. Communication was excellent with email updates and tracking giving plenty of notice.

Failed
Well they offer such a wide delivery estimate but they cannot hit it. My order was supposed to be delivered by the 31st of January but as of 18.30 this evening it still has not been dispatched. So they have absolutely failed to hit the very wide delivery estimate they set themselves. I will be giving this company a equally wide birth the next time I am looking to purchase!

I am sorry to hear your experience has not been what we as a company would expect. From looking into this further I can see that your order was only placed with us on Friday 19/01 late evening on an estimated 3-7 working day lead time.
As you can appreciate, your order would not have been processed by us until the following Monday which is why you were given the estimated delivery dates of 25th January to 31st January before making payment. This allows us time to receive the goods from our supplier and send them out to you.
I can see that unfortunately your item arrived with us from the supplier a little later than anticipated, but nevertheless was dispatched within the estimated delivery dates (which is why you were not delayed) and arrived with you 1 day outside of your estimated delivery dates on the 1st February in the morning.
I hope this helps to clarify the situation further for you, but if you would like to further discuss this or require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in contact through our support system.

What a great company
What a great company. I had a problem with something I purchased elsewhere which arrived damaged, just before xmas. Very disappointed I went online to see if I could find the item, and luckily Naken stepped in and quickly dispatched a perfect item, and it was actually cheaper than I had paid the other retailer, despite adding the cost of express delivery. I highly recommend a look at Naken

Great customer service.
The customer service was excellent. I purchased a reindeer and it was sent on 48 hour tracked through Royal Mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the parcel. Naken sent a replacement straight away. The Reindeer product is very good quality and I am very pleased.

Fantastic customer service
Customer service fantastic. I ordered a lovely round dining table from Naken. Unfortunately, the base arrived scratched so I emailed Kye in customer services who couldn't have been more helpful. We were offered a partial refund or replacement and kept constantly updated. It is very rare to receive such prompt and courteous customer service these days so felt I had to write a review. Thank you Naken for restoring my faith in online companies.

Everything was perfect
Absolutely would buy from Naken again. Well priced product, reasonable shipping costs, all of which made having to pay customs charges far less painful. The cabinet was packaged beautifully, I needn't have worried at all about the distance it was travelling and delivered in good time, as promised. Fantastic customer service, very happy customer.
