Wir haben ein Foto von uns eingeschickt, damit daraus ein Bild im Anime-/One-Piece-Stil erstellt wird. Als Referenz haben wir unser Originalfoto geschickt – erwartet hatten wir eine stilisierte Version davon.

Das Ergebnis war leider extrem enttäuschend. Das Bild hat kaum Ähnlichkeit mit unserem Originalfoto. Proportionen und Gesichtszüge stimmen überhaupt nicht und sogar offensichtliche Dinge wurden falsch dargestellt – ich habe braune Haare und wurde plötzlich blond gezeichnet.

Der Stil wirkt außerdem deutlich schlechter als die Vorschau oder Beispiele auf der Website. Insgesamt sieht das Ergebnis eher lieblos und billig aus und hat nichts mit dem zu tun, was wir bestellt haben. So können wir das Bild leider nicht einmal aufhängen.

Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und eine tatsächliche Ähnlichkeit mit dem eingesendeten Foto erwartet. Als wir der Seite daraufhin geschrieben haben, wurde uns ein 5€ Gutschein angeboten. 50€ für dieses Bild sind trotzdem verschwendet. Sehr enttäuschend.

Die Figuren sah auf dem Referenzen (erstellten Bildern) anders aus. Männer Figur ist gut, außer Haarfarbe ist rot (was stimmt nicht und sieht auf dem Referenz hellbraun aus). Frauen Figur ist mit kleinem Kopf in Vergleich zum Männer Figur und hat kein Mund. Etwas frustrierend

I placed two orders with this company. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived damaged. I contacted customer support by email, and the issue was handled quickly and efficiently.

They responded promptly, were very attentive, and offered a solution without any complications. I especially want to highlight Lindsay, who played a key role throughout the process. She was professional, kind, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the products and the customer service. Issues can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled, and in this case, it was excellent.

We were frustrated because our order was stick in customs for over a month and we had not received our product. This company was quick to address our issue and resent us the product. Although we are frustrated by the long delay, we at least got prompt and kind customer service

Best gift for the family

I would give it no stars if I could! This company is a complete scam!! Order two keychains customized with my husbands eyes. And one with mine. I received 1 keychain with nothing on it but “My Soulmate”.
I tried to call the number on the confirmation I received.. it’s not even a working number!
I’m sure any good reviewed were written by the company themselves to scam people!!!
It’s a lesson learned for sure!!

I had an issue with my purchase so I contacted customer service and they were fabulous, they sorted my issue and offered a solution that was acceptable. Lindsay was very helpful, professional and efficient in sorting my issue. The only thing I would say is it would be better to have the option to preview customisations before theyre sent which would greatly improve customer satisfaction but overall I would shop here again.

Ordered a necklace with a name tag which was a gift for my daughter. I’m in the UK. Received ok but not happy with the name tag itself. The wording of the name Charlotte did not look anything like my daughter’s name at all. I’ve asked friends what they think the name tag says and everyone confirms it doesnt say Charlotte. I’ve emailed my concerns to the support email address and was assured the order was as it should be and was offered 50% discount on my next order which I declined. This company are refusing to refund the cost and to accept a return of the item.
Their website details refund processes, but they won’t advise what that process is.
This company based in Texas are a waste of time.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company and customer service. I should have read all the bad reviews on trustpilot directly first! Their website takes only bits and pieces of the "good" reviews. Looking back on it there are tons of bad reviews!
Do not EVER order any kind of customized item from this company. Especially one with pictures. First of all, they do not let you view your customized item first before payment. So you really don't know what your item will look like until after its already left production. And once you get the "preview" if you decide something is wrong with it (which in my case with the cutomized card my photo was completely cut off, half of it not visible) then they charge an additional $8 fee to fix it. Or will let you cancel it altogether, but keep 50% of it from you because it's customized.
In 3 days, with their foreign customer service, I was assigned 3 different people first Lindsay, Sky than a Sienna.. not a single one of them knew what was going on with my case and it was basically like re-starting every single day with the same copied and pasted generic response. Not one of them actually listen to me as the customer or even offered any real solutions to help! And let me just say this...if their software had allowed a customer to preview the item first then this issue wouldn't even be an issue. Because I would have seen that the picture was going to come cut off and I would have chosen another.
But it is almost like a system designed scam because they don't let you preview it, and they force you to pay more to fix it until it's right.
So please do not EVER order any customized item from this place!! And let's hope you never have to deal with their awful customer service.

I was looking for a nice detail for my husband for our anniversary. I got the Custom Engraved Watch. He loves nature a lot and thought having this detail with the compass was a great idea. The quality of the watch is amazing and it works perfectly, definitely a nice and original present!
