I love the quality and an excellent company to deal with.
And excellent delivery too.

I’m absolutely made up with my dispensers and I would highly recommend Namie Home products. All the items were really well packaged and I was so happy with the quality of bottles & pumps! Wow! My bathroom had an instant upgrade. I’ll be back to purchase more soon!

I ordered a bottle set with wooden stand. Unfortunately on unpacking my parcel one of the bottle dispensers was missing! I made several attempts to email this company without any reply. After one week I bought a single dispenser and paid postage. In order to resolve this issue.
I am disappointed at not being able to complain and resolve this issue.
I will not ever buy from this company again.

I bought the dish soap, hand soap dispensers along with the oil dispenser these are absolutely beautiful and have elevated counter tops so happy with them.

Excellent communication and fast delivery. Loving my purchase

I have not used my goods yet as decorating first but I can not fault the company ordering was easy I was kept informed and they arrived quite quickly

Beautiful goods, very well made, put a smile on my face! Service was excellent and very friendly, would certainly recommend it.

Received order fairly quickly and product is great but one of the press dispensers arrived scratched. I immediately contacted them via online as requested and have since also emailed them via email to customer support but no reply to either of my messages. There is no phone number that I can find either. So Im unimpressed at the moment. Im happy to pay for a quality product but I would like it to be in perfect condition and a quick response when its not

Beautiful accessories for my new kitchen. The finishing touches we didn’t know we needed but the space would look silly without! Thanks so much 🤩

I think it’s the first time a brand has recognised I’ve made a second order
Seems a simple thing but customer recognition is key, especially for an online brand

Great communication. Answered all questions that I had. After purchasing online I was offered extra time to add to my delivery, which I did ( as I wanted a replacement pump dispenser) and didn’t have to pay extra delivery charges. Super fast delivery. Will buy from again and recommend to all my friends & family.
Products are high quality and bring a more elegance look to the room. Better than having unsightly bottles laying around.

Lovely product. Very easy to order and prompt delivery. Well packaged.
Great Customer Service, extremely helpful and quick response.

Beautiful product very elegant.
Great quality and delivery prompt items very well packaged

What a refreshing change to deal with a customer service team that value repeat custom and help out where they can. I received really great service from Jamie and the price it cost to fix my issue will be returned to them in repeat business. Well done and keep up the great work. Thank you

First time shopping on Namie Home and had great experience. The product I was looking for was out of stock on the site. I emailed customer services to ask if they knew when/if the product would be returning, their team advised it had been discontinued but kindly offered to double check back stock and were able to find what I was looking for and send it out to me promptly.
You don’t often get service like that these days, especially online. Pleasantly surprised, will return and recommend!

Easy to use website. Great products especially the bottles I chose as they were on offer. Brilliant having labels. Very nice touches from you re personal email and message in the packaging. I haven’t actually used the bottles yet as the bathroom is due to be upgraded next month but I am very happy with my Namie experience.

I absolutely love my dispensers, I have bought 3 sets

Items delivered quickly and look great in new kitchen. Prompt response to a query I had with one of the orders, but this was resolved very quickly and a replacement sent out immediately.

The whole experience of dealing with Namie was great. It threatened to be ruined by Evri (no surprises there!), but Namie people were quick to acknowledge the issue and send a replacement. Five stars all around

I bought the soap and hand cream dispensers and paid extra for the little tray. Unfortunately the stone tray was broken during delivery. This was a birthday present. Namie Home replaced immediately and still managed to send over night in time for the birthday. Brillant service and lovely product - thank you
