I love these products, they really work and smell amazing. However, the pumps on the larger sizes are difficult to use when you're trying to spray hard to reach places, and sometimes don't work at all. My last shipment had to be refunded because the 8oz bottle leaked inside the package, totally destroying the incense sticks. Shipping that bottle with a screwtop is a recipe for disaster. Not all is lost, I placed the soaked canister (which interestingly unravels like a can of popup biscuits) under my chicken coop to repel rats.

Customer service was excellent. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of stopping bug bites yet. The scent smells good!

Everything this company does is both excellent and deeply thought through. They bend over backwards to lower their footprint on the world while producing superior products.

I was notified that my order (through the tracking #) was undeliverable. I emailed customer service & asked that they resend my order, which they promptly did. I received the order intact a few days later.

The incense and block is wonderful for outdoors on patio! Love it

The shipping took longer then expected and there was damage to the product, making it leak. However the product itself was good when I tested what was left in the bottle.

I love the dog spray. I put it on my hands then put it on our dogs bellies, legs, tail, ears, anywhere a tick might attach. I just would really like a flea and tick collar made by your company without peppermint though. I love the toilet and laundry strips. They are so much safer to use than all the chemicals and help our environment!

Your products clean well and they are safe to use.

I absolutely love the product! But the shipment end of it was terrible! The liquid leaked all through the box causing product loss! The top of the bottles should have a better seal. The bottles should be wrapped in bubble wrap and better packaging so this does not happen.

We faithfully and gratefully use Nantucket Spider Extra-Strength Tick Repellent Spray DEET free. This product works better than anything else we have tried! We are big walkers, have dogs Brody and RubyD and also dog-sit for friends so walking in the woods is a must for our crew. :>) The customer service is also above and beyond at this company. Bravo!!!

I’ve reached out to customer service and they gave me the option for full refund or replacement order. I would love the replacement order, as we have used the Summer Camp spray in the past and are huge fans. Hopefully I receive it soon!

Update: Finally received order!! I’m excited to try the yard sticks. :)

The unscented laundry detergent sheets arrived quickly. I loved the chamomile version which introduced me to your company, but they are not available. However, these work equally well. Very, very satisfied!!
