Exceptional Service
I cannot praise Carl from CAB Electrical Services highly enough.
My mum’s electricity went off today, which was extremely worrying because she relies on power for her hospital bed and care alarm. Carl arrived at her home within 30 minutes and immediately understood how urgent the situation was.
He made sure all the essential equipment was safely back on, meaning Mum could sleep comfortably in her hospital bed and, most importantly, her care alarm was working again. This gave our whole family enormous peace of mind, knowing she could call for help if she needed it.
Carl was kind, understanding, professional and excellent value for money. Most importantly, he is someone we genuinely felt we could trust during a very stressful situation.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Carl and CAB Electrical Services to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and trustworthy electrician. An outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Carl.
