Nice Shop, Communication Could be Better
In March I ordered an item that was out of stock and placed on backorder. I paid straight away. After that the delivery date kept moving back by a month at a time, and I heard nothing for months. That was the weak spot: some proactive communication about the ongoing delay would have made a big difference.
At the start of August I tried to cancel through the web form and a follow-up email, as I had sorted it out elsewhere. For reasons that stayed unclear, those messages never reached the shop, so at first I got no response.
Once I did get in touch properly, things went well. The response was quick, friendly and clear, they explained the delay honestly, and the full refund was processed straight away without any hassle.
So the start was rocky, mostly around communication, but the moments it did work it was genuinely good. On that basis I'm happy to raise my rating and would give them another chance.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry about the experience. You're right that we're an independent business, not a large marketplace — and that's exactly why every customer's feedback and opinion matters to us. We'd like to explain this situation in detail.
Regarding the delay.
The item you ordered is highly anticipated, with a large number of customers waiting for it, and the manufacturer has repeatedly postponed shipments. As a reseller, we have no ability to speed up their production. The queue is very large, and so far only a few customers have been able to receive units, because the first shipment from the manufacturer was very limited. We're still waiting on a batch large enough to cover the remaining demand, but unfortunately there's no clear timeline for when that will happen. This is an unpleasant situation, but it's typical for this brand — if you tried ordering this product from any other shop right now, you'd get the same result, as pre-orders simply can't be fulfilled faster than the manufacturer supplies stock.
Regarding the cancellation.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here. We want to be very clear — we never received any cancellation request from you, neither through the web form nor by email, nor through any other channel. We checked all our communication channels and found nothing from you. This is not us ignoring your message — there simply is no message on our end to respond to. Every customer who does request a cancellation gets a refund quickly and without issue, and yours will be no exception.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email, or if you used another channel, send us your order details so we can identify your order. As soon as we receive the request, we'll process it and refund you in full, if your order was paid.
