Very informative and clear

Steve was a host, made the course both enjoyable and educational.

Cource content does not fully match the exam. Mock exam abcolutelly rubish - nothing common. Zero support. Avoid at all costs.

I'm currently doing the Level 1 Health and Safety in a construction environment course that they offer which I purchased for about £90. You would expect the content to be in depth and provide you with all the correct information you need to pass the exam. The slides are all repetitive and show the same things over and over again with no proper detail. There's two mock exams, the touch-screen mock exam and the regular one which is the main one. The touch screen one is the same questions over again and is repeated multiple times and the questions are laid out wrong(you'd understand if you take the test) the mock exam consists of questions in which the contents have and cannot be learnt from this course. Majority of the questions I've come across in the mock exam are questions I don't know the answer to because the course doesn't teach you about it, rather, you would have to do your own research for it. Overall, I would not recommend this at all, Only the exam is good if you study the content elsewhere, where all the content is given.

From the beginning the course was great and the trainer Wayne was very welcoming and engaging, he had great knowledge and presented the course really well. CPC refresher for Transport Manager's.

Everything was perfect

Great training experience — everything was clearly explained and well structured. The instructor was very helpful and answered all questions in a practical and easy-to-understand way. I would definitely recommend this course to other drivers.

Steve great knowledgable and kept us all going bringing us all to speed. Learnt lots about accident prevention and will recommend to others to complete Cpc course with you.

Refreshing course, well done and covered all the aspects of the module.

Unfortunately, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of support and the quality of responses I have received throughout the course and afterward. The communication has been disappointing, unsupportive, and, at times, unprofessional.

Good trainer - Steve. Course material mostly good, a bit too in depth on medical conditions than necessary for a first aid course I'd say,.

He did his best with the material.

The course is very useful, giving a better understanding of many aspects and situations that you may face on the road and how to deal with them.
Steve has done a great job delivering the course, very experienced!
