Overall, excellent.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that was fine by me, my plastic products were delivered in good order, as per my purchase, no shortages or damages. All good.

Good afternoon,
I am sorry for the delay but I was unaware. I can see the order was placed on the 28th June and we sent it from our Warehouse on the 1st July. Because you are up in Cairndow it will take a little longer for it to get to you. Orders would usually take around a week to arrive, but this will be slightly longer because of the distance. I have asked the Courier to find out more information and I will let you know what is happening as soon as I hear back

Firstly the company is real and based in UK
Secondly they have got customer service and landline number with human on the other side, not a chatbot.
Since order in the basket until delivery every stage is clear and safe to proceed. Once shipment left wearhouse, we get notifications about progress. Will come back and will recommend to friends and family for future shopping place of this type of products. Thanks

Updates would have been nice but good products
I've used them before (different company) and had a great 5-star experience - this time under my own company and being delivered to my house not site like last time it wasn't as good. Took 8 days to arrive (Incl. weekend) - Chased it up after a week to find out an update, they did reply saying the Taunton branch might deliver in 2 days from that day - Might... to be fair they did, but no updates at all - if I hadn't emailed for an update I'm assuming I wouldn't have had one and on the 9th day it would have just turned up, as it happens it turned up during our little one's nap time and woke them up - we usually turn the doorbell etc off when we know a delivery window... Just small details were off, communication was non existent really and a fairly slow delivery service (Delivery guy was good!)… The products are good and the prices are right for the quality but the service has dropped on this occasion - however I will still order from them again and see if things improve next time, otherwise I'll probably look elsewhere. Edit after reply - like I said I will continue to use, but updates from the system don't seem to be coming through (also checked spam)

Good Morning,
Orders usually take around a week for delivery, excluding weekends. When you called I did call the branch and came back to say they were planning to deliver in two day, Which I believe is what they did. I can see the order was raised in the evening of 17/8 and I think your delivery was on the 26th. You should get a confirmation email and when the branch deliver it on our system it should send an email saying it is being delivered. I am sorry it this did not happen.

Great product rubbish communication
I ordered the wall panels which was easy. I didn’t receive any further emails with updates on delivery or any sort of communication. I had to email a week and a half later to find out where my order was to be told part of the order was out of stock (I wasn’t told this) and that my order would be delivered a couple of days later. To then receive a call to say the parts were still out of stock and that they MIGHT get a delivery 5 days later and would there for be another 8 days before delivery. Wasn’t good enough communication in my eyes. Had I have known earlier I would have sourced the parts from elsewhere (which I did) and delivery could have been a lot quicker. Good product rubbish communication

We send a confirmation email but orders do take around a week to arrive. The branch were waiting for a delivery and I am sorry that this took a couple of days longer to get to them. I know you cancelled some items from your delivery and this was done straight away and then the branched delivered. We can not guarantee deliveries from suppliers

Product was slightly bowed along its length
The delivery of the ceiling panels was on time but the product had a small bow along their length which resulted in them touching at some point and giving a small gap at other positions Only seen when installed

Great speedy delivery of my free samples. I did however chose to go with standard bathroom tiles to replace the current plastic pannelling.
