Great Customer Service
There was a problem ordering online. Left a message with customer service and they called right back and took care of the issue. Items arrived the next day. Better than Amazon 😀. Would definitely purchase from them again.

We apologize for the delay. We did not know that there was an issue. After reviewing the tracking it states that there was a weather delay for several days. The tracking shows that it was delivered. We have sent you a message to verity that you did receive the items. Again we apologize the the issue and delay.

Deceptive marketing at its finest…
Your sponsored ad for a charger plate is deceptive. I was under the impression that I was ordering a charger, not the magnetic backing plate I have zero use for.

Mr. Inabnet
We are sorry that you feel like you were deceived, but the header clearly state: STS Matco 16V Style Charger Holder Plate HOLDER and in the description is clearly states Charger no included. We do not show that you reached out to return the item for credit. We will send you an RGA to return the item for a refund.

Charge your card and no record of your order
I made a $300+ purchase and recieved an email with a link to view my order online. I clicked on the link and it shows my name and information and shows that i have not made any orders. They charged my card but lost my order. I had a bad feeling buying from these indpendent companies instead on the speed and security of Amazon. I took a chance and lost. Now i have to go through all the BS of contacting my credit card company to get my stolen money back. They took my money then disregarded the entire order like they are legally allowed to just steal online. Thank God you Chses Manhatten. I would be screwed. Going to place my order with Amazon where i am guarranteed to not have any problems like this.
