Absolutely useless. My mother passed before Christmas and our first contact with National Will Writers was 20-12-25. Despite numerous e mails and phone calls we have had no response via phone or e mail. We have no idea what is going on. We are at the point where we are calling daily and getting nothing. Disgusting and useless.

Quick to respond when they want money, but when it comes to anti-consumer practices, they hide behind the fact they have been acquired. I would have thought an acquisition would have made their processes and practices more efficient and provide better value to the customer - I have been a customer with them for 4 years, my wife has been for 5. I highly recommend against using their services.

I contacted National will writers regarding them losing my will, an issue that has ongoing since early May. I’ve sent multiple emails and since 16th June after being told there was a technical issue and they would get back to me as a matter of urgency i have been completely ignored. No updates, no apology, no accountability. For a business trusted with safeguarding important legal papers, this level of negligence and disregard for clients is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Last year I contacted this company to update our will as we had married and moved house and we needed the changes reflected. I received an automatic reply and a few questions then it went quiet. Periodically I have chased them and asked them to show me the changes so we can make sure its correct. I jave been met with total silence and no acknowledgement this has been completed. To make sure we have everything in order we are going to have to get another company to rewrite our will so we know that all our wishes are in order. Very stressful and very thoughtless. Thank goodness its not a time when we actually need to access it as I doubt it has been changed

Poor service. I supplied all of the required paperwork in order to release my parents wills. I heard nothing back from them. I have tried emails and phoning them but no one responds. I am beginning to think that they have lost the wills. Krishma was the person that I was communicating with? Has she left the company and no one is picking up her emails?

I have now been contacted by them. Yes, Krishma has left the company. My emails and wills have been found and my parents wills are being released. Thank you Lauren.

Brilliant advice in writing my Trust fund for my family. I have had to change it a couple of times because of bereavements and their service has been second to none.
