I shop at my local Vons and keep getting denied. Today I bought fresh bananas, apricots, a 3.2oz tub of yoghurt and a 7floz low fat yogurt drink. Dairy and healthy right?
Swiped my Nations Benefits Mastcard and it was denied. Yesterday I spent time on their customer support and was assured my card was valid and good to go. So I am becoming to believe it’s a scam billing Medi-Care and getting paid whether or not I spend my allotment which keeps getting denied.

I decided to try the grocery delivery from Shaw's. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday. It was successfully placed and paid for. I made sure that I was home for the delivery which never came. I was not contacted with any problems. My order simply did not come. I looked at my transactions. The order was paid for. I called Shaw's who has my order. They said the problem was with the third party delivery people. I was advised that there is nothing they can do, and there is no way for me to contact them. Called nationsbenefits. They don't know what happened. They advised me to place another order since my first order was reversed with no explanation.

No one contacted me. They simply cancelled my order and reversed the charge.

Money stolen off card and they will not replace it. Investigating for 4 months Aetna and nation benefit are big scam stealing money from the elderly.

I ordered something and they sent it to an old address to which I never gave them they had to steal that old information and they won't send me another one its against the law to use info I never gave if this company cares at all they will send me one at no expense to the only address I ever gave them. I feel as though I've been raped

I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINTS. the items received are 90% not the items shown in the catalog. when I order what is shown in the catalog,I expecet that, not some knock off distasteful item ( coffee, stews,etc) which are terrible. And the prices! 3.50 for a can of fruit coktail, ($9 for maxwell or folgers coffee which isnt what they send! I as well am searching for plans which dont use this service,,IT UTERLY SUCKS!!! I as well was told they don't refund your card so the customer loses what can amount to a large portion of their allowance.And 1 more thing,l have yet to find the list of retailers on their page.

I ordered a gummy vitamin and they sent a substitution. I called them because what they sent was a "jelly" vitamin that is DISGUSTING. I was told my product was temporarily out of stock. Requested a refund as this was NOT what I wanted and couldn't use it. my request was denied. They have a disclaimer that lets them send virtually ANYTHING in the same category as a sub. I ordered again thinking it would be back in stock (it's been a month) NOPE got the same nasty crap again. I'm done with them. will be trying my luck with Kroger, CVS Anybody but Nations Benefit!

I actually would like to give them a zero! I used my benefits to purchase otc but they used FedEx and did zero notifications confirming order, shipment or delivery! My entire order was left out in the open and since I had no notification from Nations Benefits or FedEx it was taken and all I have is a photo showing it was NOT in the box I use for deliveries to protect them. All claims have also been denied and customer service was zero!

Every single one of my over-priced cans is bent. Are they getting this merchandise from food banks or the 'clearance' carts in the stores? Then call themselves helping us seniors by ripping us off. "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you." It's nowhere near $50 worth of food. And Not Healthy

Physically must go to store.
At checkout half of the OTC items rejected
You can't verify what is covered their system does not work.
Simple item like Alegra HIV is rejected at the register in Walmart.
It is BS not a benefit shame on Select Health

Worst Company In The World!!! All products are cheap. Company a rip off!! If you can use your benefits else where do it!!!

No longer have food benefits. I am in my late 70's and last year I could buy Ensure. This year no longer any food benefits. Totally worthless company.

I have been waiting 2 months for a simple $14.00 credit to my account. I have had to call dozens of times and wasted hours and hours on the phone with no answer no credit. This is on of the WORST EVER companies to deal with. NO ONE knows what they are doing and all you get is excuses, excuses. If I could give a rating of below zero, I would do so. Also this company gouges seniors on every item they sell and unfortunately for us seniors we are forced to use our monthly spending funds with this company. I cannot understand how ANY Medicare Advantage company would do any business with this company. ALSO THERE IS NO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS PHONE NUMBER.

The worst! Comes with my medicare insurance. $150 quarterly. Stuff never arrived, i called 26 days later she said held up in NC wait alittle it will get to you. Nope, i called back a month later was told its too late to reship, i needed to to ask for reship within 30 days. WTH? I did...but....i dudnt specifically ask for reship. LoL. A joke, manager woukd not come to the phone. You can bet ill use every penny of that $150 on the junk they sell.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have been trying to get a reimbursement since November. At one point I received a check from them that bounced. I have called over and over and spent hours on the phone and all they do is put me off. Worst I have ever dealt with!,

This benefits program is worthless! They list personal care and even skin care but don't pay for anything in those areas. Things like shampoo, dry mouth oral rinse, any shaving needs, diabetic skin care, body wash, or any other personal needs. The only purchase that is covered for sure is adult diapers. Ask people with other insurance benefits companies, they can even buy food items. There should be no guidelines on what a person wants for their personal selves. Why are they forcing you to abide by their policies when you are actually paying for this so called benefit?

Received two cans of fruit fro Nations Benefits. BOTH WERE HEAVILY DENTED. The package in which they were enclosed was NOT damaged. Therefore, the damaged cans were dented before they were sent!
Sender makes MORE money sending damaged products yet again. This is the second time I’ve received dented cans. I notified Nations Benefits the FIRST time, so they send two more DAMAGED CANS!

If i can give zero stars i would. Their website if not user friendly at all especially for lederly using this site. Their products are low quality and overpriced. I dont like this company/service at all.

Horrible service. The card does not work. When you call for clarity, they treat you badly.

I figure those of us who use this program if we write every month.Perhaps the owners of the program will do something to improve it. I ordered some items last week.Surprisingly, it still has not been delivered.It's been about 7 days now and usually they say it takes about 2 days.Well, my item is still about 7 hours away.In the same state I live.They are telling me it's going to be delivered to day though. My disappointment grows monthly.The items that are available online.I guess I'm supposed to buy them every month because very few things available in the stores I go to. The online items are expensive, Generic, And not of good quality, most unfortunate, I did write to aetna and they told me to bring it up to nation benefits.
I did not do that because I doubt that it would really matter and if you can believe it they don't even have an email. please get better products, more variety and make more less expensive item available to be purchased in store and online. I'd like to save money.No matter whose it is.
