Terry runs a computer repair business in Hertfordshire and I was genuinely impressed with him today.

He brought in a MacBook Air M4 with a keyboard issue as he was too busy to take it on himself, and from the way he handled everything you can immediately see why his customers value him. Very positive attitude, professional, straightforward and clearly cares about doing right by his clients.

He’s the kind of person who communicates clearly, sets proper expectations and focuses on solutions. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business.

If you’re in Herts and need computer repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
