Nationwide PPI Advice Avaliações 

I’ve just been informed a cheque was issued to nationwide PPI. Not authorised by myself and now I can’t get in touch with them!!!

Shocking company, DO NOT USE ! two years waiting for my cheque and still not arrived. Cannot contact the company they just ignore you.
They have been " outed " on watchdog programs in the past yet still manage to trade and swindle money from people !

Got a tax rebate still no money from them joke

After finding out that I had 400 due I contacted them. They sent me £180 and said 33.3% is their fees plus a £50 admin fee. Absolute joke. Why not just say you take more than half? Scammers and would never use again.

2023 had a letter from hm revenue and customs saying I have paid to much tax, they said hmrc owes you £2716.68 and have sent the cheque to nation wide ppi advice since August 13 2023 nothing heard from them can't get in touch the address given it's a terrice house either cough up or face the concequenses

It's fraudulent company they claim my tax return from hmrc and never send me a penny .

Cashed a cheque belonging to me for £793.75. Haven’t sent me any payment or even acknowledged they received this payment from HMRC this was nearly 1 year ago.

Absolute scum.

Hi I had a letter last year in October saying I am due a refund I have not received a cheque off them or you?
It’s nearly been a year and when I log in to my government gateway it says I am owed money which I have not received, when speaking to hmrc they said I have to contact you guys which I tried to email and call but had no response on email, and was given a number but that number says it has been cut off?
I have emailed the email you are giving people but not heard a reply. Please could someone reply or send me my cheque thanks.

I have just got a letter from HMRC about a tax refund saying that have been in touch with you about the refund.
I have not given my details for you guys to use.
I have sent an email to to response can i have a response urgently

BEWARE!!!! This company claimed my tax refund from HMRC last year without my permission
They have admitted they have my money and promise to send me it within 7 working days, or 14 working days, or 5 working days, depending on their mood every time I ask for my money back.

I wrote a review as I got no answer from them. Since then I have been in touch multiple times trying to get my money sent back to me. It's been 16b working days and after promise after promise still nothing received. Absolute joke.

Payment received after sending yet another email. £56.40 paid when the full claim total was £177.21. One hell of an admin fee. Avoid!!!

According to HMRC they sent Nationwide ppi a check for £695 Oct 2023 but they failed to even acknowledge they had received any money on my behalf only because I logged into my HMRC account I knew this had been sent. Tried claiming and they keep saying according to accounts it will be in your account by end of play but have still failed to pay this money into my account

I didn’t know I was due a tax refund until I looked at my Government Gateway account. I contacted HMRC and they informed me my cheque was sent to Nationwide PPI advice and I had to contact them. I emailed them and they responded very promptly (within half an hour). They confirmed the cheque had been sent and I was due the said amount after their 33% fee and the £50 admin fee. They transferred the remaining funds to my account within 7 working days. Their fees are quite high but I didn’t even know I was due any money so I’m pleased. After reading some of these reviews on here, I was a little worried I wasn’t going to get anything but I did and it wasn’t a scam. I spoke with Nicola and she was very efficient. I received my money within the time frame she had said. Thank you.

Received a letter from HMRC on 8th November to say that I was owed £599.33 tax refund and a cheque had been sent to Nationwide PPI Advice limited. Not heard from them. Phone number off line. Emailed and not had a response. Having to report now to HMRC.

I have received 2 x Cheques from Nationwide PPI Advice but dated 2032 so been unable to bank have sent emails but no response as of yet !

Had a cold call out of the the blue following a online PPI enquiry I made a couple of years ago. Seemed very pushy but in the end agreed for them to pursue this. I logged into my HMRC gateway account to find a cheque was sent to them of a refund of tax last August. I have not heard from this company or received the refund. Please avoid as now have had to report to HMRC and had my personal details compromised as a result.

Scam company. They submitted a fraudulent tax refund request under my father's name. If they actually performed the service they claim to, my father would have received his rebate, (albeit minus their exorbitant fees) but this hasn't happened and HMRC sent the rebate cheque to Nationwide PPI way back in November 2023. My father has no idea how this company got his details or how they were somehow appointed as his tax agent. Luckily HMRC were able to action a disassociation so they are no longer my father's tax agent and shouldn't get any of this money anymore.

Uncle has not received his tax refund since last October is this a way of treating people and not Evan a number were some one answers

I received a letter from hmrc last year in august regarding money owed to me that was paid to you . And ive not seen a single penny after multiple emails . Still no response still no money.
