I was waiting a while for my order - I had to contact them to find it was still at order stage - they told me it took up to 12 days for production - at this point was over 12 days - told me they would let me know when it was shipped - the postie told me it was delivered which I thought at last - unfortunately - the pillow cases were beautiful and perfect - the quilt cover had the graphic clearly stretched and was blurry - not the gorgeous cover that I saw on the web site - so I am extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service

My order came perfectly, during the busiest time of the year (December!). I appreciate the care and promptness given to my order.
