I ordered something twice by accident and sent an email to ask to cancel one of the orders. Got reply almost immediately, excellent service. Also I can't believe how better my 4 year old sleeps since she has been using the sleeping stickers!

Nothing I've tried has ever worked on settling my son down at night times. I seen the sleepy patches and thought 'why not' and it truly was the best decision I've made!

My sons bed times are no longer chaos, there calm and peaceful.

I honestly cant recommend the sleepy patches enough!

Honest and true. No bullsh*t!

I was truly sceptical. I am a natural person through and through, I won’t use creams and other things where you can’t trust ingredients anymore. I am not sure how these little babies work but man they work well. I am a travel agent and travel a ton for work, my most recent work trip to Dominican we had a lot of outdoor work dinners and me and the girl beside me were the only 2 who didn’t get bitten, even though they were all using the crappy deet spray. Amen to NatPat! We’ve been needing you!

I placed the patch on the back of her so she could not see it or should we move it and I say maybe within five minutes she was asleep 10 minutes

Have yet to receive the package as it seems to have gotten lost by the delivery companies (no fault of NATPAT), but I have to say the customer service is crazy good. I have never had a more responsive customer service in my life. Seriously A++ customer service. Super polite and friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Shoutout to Caz for the service.

The response was prompt, friendly, courteous and most importantly, professional and informative. It's difficult to find good customer service these days, as all seems to be automated responses or AI. NatPat knocks it out of the park with real people 😎 thanks for your help Caz.

The NatPat team addressed my order inquiries super fast and assured to help me about any issues regarding the shipping of their products. We've yet to try their highly rated patches as this is our first time ordering but we're surely excited!

Because of one mistake I made during the process, I was worried about being scammed, but the Customer Support Hero helped me quickly and gave me peace of mind. I love this brand! Their products are perfect for stocking up ahead of summer outdoor parties, and I always make sure to bring their patches with me when I travel...they’re so convenient. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding- quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

The customer service has been phenomenal.

The company is easy to connect with. I was given almost immediate assistance for which I'm grateful. As far as the effectiveness of the product, I can't say because I no longer have the dog but if it works as reliably as the help, I'd say that the patches must be pretty good. Definitely consider re-ordering if I get another pet.

My order has not arrived after 3 weeks and I spoke with Caz who went above and beyond to help me and has ordered me a replacement . Very happy with her service.

Received my patches within the time frame quotes and received prompt, friendly replies went I set in a question. Haven’t had a chance to try them out yet but am very positive about the experience so far.

I had a question about my order, it had been quite a bit of time and I hadn’t received an update. Within an hour of sending a message, I heard back and was given a totally reasonable explanation, and super friendly customer service.

Customer service is fantastic but not easy to cancel your subscription as i can not find the link in my profile.
It should be alot easier, but Caz helped me quickly and promptly. I appreciate her help.
