Why I gave a 3
I gave a 3 because, although their products are very very good, I cannot understand why it takes so long to process orders. In my business that I had every order received by 3.00pm was out that same day....it just needs organising and discipline. Secondly I do not like minimum order levels...why...if this triggered free delivery, we'll OK...but NB don't do this. But...please remember their products are very good.

As a manufacturer and wholesaler, many of our products are prepared and processed to order, so our lead times can sometimes be a little longer than those of a standard retail business. That said, we completely understand the importance of reliable turnaround times and are continually working to improve these.
Our minimum order quantities help us to offer products at wholesale prices, as producing and processing very small quantities would unfortunately not be commercially viable. We do try to keep our minimums as accessible as possible for smaller businesses, and we also offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are very pleased to hear how highly you rate the quality of our products.

Consumerism is a friggin joke . Buy from these guys they actually have a fair and honest business in a really cool niche

The ordering and delivery was quick and efficient, the oil is nice.
However, I do think£38 for the product is extortionate (all up including postage). It’s good to have piece of mind that it’s not tested on animals, but I’m not sure £33 difference is worth it :(

We’re sorry you felt the product was expensive. Just to clarify for anyone reading, the product purchased was a 500ml wholesale size, priced at £25 + VAT. Delivery was £5, bringing the total order value including VAT and delivery to £36.
As this is a 500ml wholesale quantity, comparisons with smaller retail bottles can sometimes make the price appear significantly higher when the quantities aren’t directly comparable. We also offer smaller 100ml and 250ml sizes for customers who don’t require the larger wholesale quantity.
We appreciate you giving our product a try and taking the time to leave your feedback.

First for natural skincare making
Naturally Balmy have a great selection of ingredients for skincare making. Many base products have clean, simple ingredients, perfect for making products with reduced toxins. Their essential oils are lovely too. I've used Naturally Balmy many times - good choice, good communication and usually deliver within about 3 days. Easy ordering. Would definitely recommend.
