Best non dairy milk product. I've ever used. I've tried almond, oat and soy milk and nothing compares to the pistachio milk.

I order a few loaves of bread from this company. I paid for express shipping. It said It would take 3-5 business days to get to me. It took 11 days to get to me. At that point the bread was no good. It even said on the box to freeze the bread if you do not consume it within 10 days of the shipping date. The bread got to me at 11 days so I was obviously unable to consume it within the time frame. I asked for refund since it was obvious the bread was past the date and even too late to freeze it (according to their own guidelines). I could see the bread was hard and not fresh anymore. I have been going back and forth with them now for about five emails and they are refusing to refund me for the stale bread. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Wow! I ordered from Natura for the 1st time. I received a confirmation email telling me I would receive an email once my order ships. My estimated delivery date was today and it is near 10 pm. Here is what I received as a response when I inquired about the status of my order:

Be careful. Be very careful about ordering from them. They literally repeated 2x the bit about delivery times. This has NOTHING to do with any mail/delivery carriers. I am trying to cancel my order now as their website still says today’s date for delivery AND all of my products were in stock. My order still shows “processing” with an estimated delivery date for today!

Natura Market carries a wide variety of specialist foods - I need keto, gluten, and dairy free, which isn't easy to find. They respond quickly to any questions, ship promptly, and always get the shipments correct. Items are packaged well, and safely, too.

Such an excellent company! Everything is always well packaged, it arrives so quickly and their prices are competative, if not better.

I have been able to find healthy products that are unavailable near me. That alone would be enough to keep me coming back. I appreciate the delivery from Canada post because it can be left inside my building entrance if I am not home. If one spends enough, delivery is free. Customer service is excellent too. Good job NaturaMarket.

The products I buy at Natura are products that are difficult or impossible to get elsewhere in the city in which I live. They are also a bit cheaper at Natura. They have a huge variety of items for people with the strictest/most restrictive of diets. Highly recommended!

I have been ordering from NaturaMarket for almost 4 years now and will continue to do so. When I started following a grain-free protocol, none of the grocery stores carried any specialty diet products. NaturaMarket carries a wide variety of grain-free products, at a reasonable price. Shipping and delivery is quick and convenient all the way here to Nova Scotia. And every item is packed with care. No issues whatsoever.

This online store has been so helpful to my family and I. They carry such a great variety of keto food that we eat and they are also getting new stuff in.
I order from here, at least twice a month for the past few years.
They also carry many other types of food as well.
They always pack my stuff very well and deliver fast, even though I’m on the other side of Canada.
I highly recommend NaturaMarket and always tell others about it.

I have been ordering from Natura Market regularly for about the last few months as they have pro-biotic sodas I really like. I have also found some other things I like that are not available in other grocery stores. I have also received my orders quite quickly. The only thing is that I wish they used a courier service that has a location that I can pick up my package as my condo building doesn’t have a concierge where packages can be left. I have had a package stolen from my front door before so I prefer to pick packages up from a location. Even a locker like Amazon would be great.

They do not respect the law.
They dont take proper delivery measures and if you dont receive your package they decive you into thinking you cant be reimbursed

I've ordered from NaturaMarket for a number of years. There are some things I can only find through them so I keep coming back and then find more items I like.
Grateful for the online shop.

I love their products because they are good quality and I can't find them anywhere else.

A great selection of products at a reasonable price

Natura market has a lot of products that I cannot easily get from the supermarkets near me. It is great for this. This overshadows any of the shortfalls.

The delivery is adequeate. If you need something immediately, look elsewhere.

The prices are reasonable and you should expect to pay for the convenience.

Searching on the site could be improved.

I will definitely continue to use Naturamarket.

I've always received my order promptly and in good condition. A couple times they did run out of one product and I was refunded. I've been ordering from them for about 3 years since I have kids who had food allergies as infants. I live in a small city in Saskatchewan, so finding food that my kids and I could eat within our restrictions was tough locally. I'm grateful for all the awesome food options!

Love how fast my order arrives! The kids always love doing an unboxing of our order because they always find their favorite snacks. SNACKS that I feel comfortable and confident in providing for my family... the brands on Naturamarket value HEALTH.

MY GO TO for all that’s healthy. Best prices compared to Amazon & whole foods. Stuff you cannot get elsewhere. I’ve been shopping here for YEARS!

My only complaint is that every time i find an amazing product it ends up being discontinued. i.e. yo mamas tomato sauce & Onion macadamia nuts etc. (i miss those products SOOO much)
