Hi Joie, we're sorry you have had a frustrating experience with the delay in shipping.
Thank you for contacting us about your package not arriving timely. As we shared, we processed your order and mailed out the parcel within 24 hours. We completely understand your frustration with the US post office. When USPS tracking indicates "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility", We have absolutely no control over this and are equally frustrated with them.

This was a gift for my mother in law
This was a gift for my mother in law. She said the gummies really helped with sleep after a stressful day and the topical helped her tennis elbow. I love Natures Gem and will gift it again. Great customer service
