First time visiting NCF in Edinburgh today to have a look at sofa beds. We were welcomed by Morna who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on products and helped us a lot with information. Will definitely be back for other items.

Made a trip to look at sofas and get some information and was impressed with the store and the very helpful salesperson (Richard) who give me all the information I needed, he was very smartly dressed/presentable and like I said, very helpful! I didn’t buy on the day because I needed sizes etc but I’ll definitely be back in to make the purchase from Richard very soon, definitely a 5 star experience!

Went in to purchase a new sofa after been on other sofa shops I still could not decide what I wanted to buy but I am glad I came here Calum the sales man was very helpful and helped me with his knowledge on sofas and I am glad I finally made the purchase of a new sofa will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family thank you

Visited today and chatted with Calum he was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the sofas we were looking at, will definitely be back to make a purchase.

My partner and i were made feel really comfortable by morna, she took time in showing us the sofa we liked and gave us great advice on which way it would fit in our living room, very happy with the service by morna and would highly recommend ncf edinburgh.

We visited NCF tonight to order a new suite for our new house.

We got talking to Morna the sales assistant and she was very helpful with helping us way up different options.

She spent a lot of time going through different ways we could have our suite.

Very polite and we are super happy with our choice of suite and can’t wait for it to be delivered.

First time visiting NCF Living, hadn’t heard of the company before but so glad I decided it was worth a look on our way to DFS!
Bought a bed, mattress and an all singing and dancing sofa x 2!
We were made to feel welcome from the outset. Morna looked after us from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Morna calculated all different payment scenarios, helped with colour/fabric options and was extremely patient whilst I deliberated over the colour I liked best.
I loved the various options available re the beds too. Really good options available for headboard and different storage.
Thank you so much for all your help Morna, you made our visit memorable. Your friendliness and customer service skills are an asset to NCF Living.

Great selection of sofas. Saw exactly what I wanted as I walked into the store. Morna came and spoke to me as I walked in and we chatted. She was really friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I went to another 3 sofa shops, but compared all the sofas to the one I immediately loved at NCF. Came back and Morna dealt with all the paperwork. So helpful and friendly. Thanks Morna
