Seamless order great customer service

Called into the Gateshead store today to browse and eventually made a purchase.
Liam was extremely friendly, very helpful with all our questions and offered some great advice. He was not at all pushy.
We just hope delivery and installation are as positive.

After ordering furniture and having to pay an additional £100 delivery charge the order was not delivered on the day stated. I offered to take table at the time but was told it had to be deleivered at a cost. The 3rd party delivery company say they knocked at the house with order but 3 people in the house never heard this. I called both drivers and company 7 minutes after missed time asking for them to return but the request was declined. They have now asked for another £100 holding me to ransom. This means I would be paying 50% more than furniture value. When I complained they have blocked my number so even if I wanted to pay the money I cant get through and they have offered no refund so I am currently £500 out of pocket.

I paid for a sofa and bed in January, and then in February they claimed that the money hadn't been sent - I told them to check again and they realized their error

Now, they also said it would delivered in March. It is now April and despite being told it was in the warehouse on 11th April, nobody has called, text and they are not responding to my emails

I am disgusted and appalled by the service and honestly am considering going elsewhere and asking for a refund

Liam was friendly and very helpful in assisting us to buy a bed. He was knowledgeable about the product and delivery service.
Our bed was delivered today as arranged on time and with care and professionalism.

Instantly acknowledged and taken to see the products we were interested in. Not overbearing in any way but staff (Liam) was clearly visible and available to answer questions whilst also giving us space to talk and decide. Honestly best products and prices we’d seen all day for sofa bed and connected/audio sofa and chair living room set. Even better 0%interest free payment options available too and colleague Amanda supported with this too in a friendly, time efficient and knowledgeable manner.

We visited Gateshead store today and we're welcomed by Andy who was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail, no pushy sales patch felt very much at ease and bought 2 x 3 seater sofas and arm chair. Great service.
