I had an exceptionally positive experience with Steve at the Hull branch. He gave me the freedom to browse at my own pace and try a wide selection of chairs, as I was searching for one that would provide proper support for an ongoing back issue. His guidance was both thoughtful and unobtrusive, offering expert advice without any sense of pressure or urgency.

As a result, I made a purchase I had not anticipated, and arrangements were made for delivery by Ryan, a reputable local delivery firm, in less than two days.

I am absolutely delighted with the chair, the outstanding level of service, and the excellent value for money. Most importantly, I greatly appreciated not being constantly hovered over, as is often the case with many competitors.

What could have been an overwhelming process turned into a genuinely enjoyable and refreshingly stress-free experience. He is a credit to the company. Thank you Steve.

Was looking for an Ottaman bed. Steve at the Hill branch pointed us in the right direction for our price range but left us to it so not pushy at all. He went through our purchase, was so helpful. Really pleased with both our purchase and the service received. Will def go there again.

Fantastic service, we gave our specifications on the sofa we wanted and Dan at hull pointed out which sofas in the shop were right for us. Very knowledgeable and great character.

Dan at hull was perfect for finding us a sofa, we tried 4 sofa shops before this and couldn't find the one. We came into ncf living and Dan greated us with a big smile, and after an hour sold us our perfect sofa at a great price.

Unable to find a no star option.Paid cash on day of ordering Tokyo suite on 13/4/2026. Suite deliverd in seperate boxes and installed by delivery men. One of my chairs had brackets missing to connect chair back. They cpntacted offoce immediately to tell them parts missing. I am still waiting for parts and Sally H, pnly contact I have because branch in Hull I boight from sold by actual manager, foes allegedly not have any contact number and branch stated they cannot contact had office either. Lies. Many emails recorded to Sally H with more lies about airfreighting part which takes up to max 7 days. 9 working days later, still no part or update. Asked for refund and Sally H days my contract states they have right to repair first. Repair a brand new suite?? Now 16/5/26 , nothing. Going to pay visit to head office.
