Very friendly staff and very helpful. Place was well laid out and had a good variety of mattresses. Noel was very friendly and had a great understanding of the products he was selling and what was suited best for us. Was very calm and approachable and answered all questions we had to ask

Nesrin was brilliant with showing me what beds to try and giving advice based on my preferences 10/10 would suggest her

We visited the Store in Rugby yesterday looking for a round dining table and looked at different stores but we walked into NCF and was greeted by Nesrin. She was really helpful but we were undecided. We visited again today and our daughter came as she was also looking for a table. Nesrin mentioned some other deals. She was so knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing 2 dining tables, sideboard and 2 beds and mattress !!

Went in to buy a chaise sofa. Dealt with Raj who was friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Also, enquired about a bed and Raj told me about a deal currently on so bought that too. Ended up getting a deal on the delivery charge even though what I was buying was in the sale. Would definitely go here first time when buying similar products.
