Scammers! I ordered a tracksuit set years back from them never received the top. They refused to give me a refund for the top or a replacement. They’ve completely stop communicating shady business DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered about 2 weeks ago & have emailed them now 10 times & no response. I saw another review say they filed a claim w PayPal so now that’s what I’m going to do. Awful service.

Try not to order from this brand. Awful customer service, tried to email many times to cancel and order they don’t respond. Had to file a claim with PayPal and that’s when they decided to finally respond. Quality of items are very cheap as well. No return policy as well.

Took ages to receive my order. Turned out to be only half of my order. Bad quality and didn't get my money back. A friend also got a totally different item. They never responded.

do not expect quality in any aspect of this brand, i been dispaointed with the quality of suede ghost sneakers wich are not worth 100€ i mean zara does the same stuf for 45€ and I can buy it an wear it by the same month while ordering something from them takes forever. and when I say forever i mean 3 f months. Do not, NEVER order from them! I ordered a sweater 3 months ago and payed 60€ for it. It never arrived and the tracking link just expired. Absolute scam!

Recently I ordered a sweater. Shipping time was way longer than expected. 5Weeks after I placed my order I received a parcel directly from China. I was not happy with the quality of my product and mailed the support to tell me where I should send the return. It's now two weeks later and nobody answered my mail.

Don't buy from this site! The customers service sucks and won't help you, always get the Standart reply its already shipped tracking number bla bla bla! Be careful

Honestly just the worst. Ordered 2 items said they would be shipped mid November. Got to the 20th and I contacted them asking when they would be sent out. They said within the next week. 2 weeks later I asked to cancel my order as they still hadn't been sent. I was ignored more than 20 times from both emailing them and messaging them on instagram (where they replied to me asking when they would be sent)(also you can see when they are active). I finally got them to reply by asking an easy question for them to answer then when they read the chat asked to cancel the order. They said they would get in contact with suppliers (because they were apparently having to send them from the factory in China instead of Paris) and they would speak to me the next day. They never messaged me back after that even when I messaged them asking what was happening (obviously they said it to get me to stop bothering them) I started a case on PayPal and suddenly they were listed as shipped the next day. This was the end of November. The tracking still says (after about 3 weeks) that they have just received the information for the parcel and nothing else. Don't trust them. They will take your money and try to drag it out until you can't make a PayPal claim. Its honestly not worth it.
