First of all, you are still making the seat that I purchased back in 2015. The parts are still available too, which is very nice. I'm really glad I was able to get new armrests since that is a wearable item on chairs. The package arrived in great condition and in a timely fashion.

I've had my Need for Seat chair for 6 years. The tilt mechanism went out recently but the chair is great other than that. I ordered a new tilt mechanism. It arrived with the height adjustor broken. Maxnomic support worked fast to verify it was broken and send me a new one. Great quality and customer service.

Bought a replacement cylinder for my chair, fast shipping and I am very happy with the product!

The last chair I got like 5 years ago was more comfortable and was bigger then the chair I got this time with MAXNOMIC and I tried to order the chair that would be the biggest. That being said this new chair is not bad.

Quick delivery. Got what I ordered no problem. Packaging was underwhelming. The gas springs were rattling around loose inside a much too large box.

My chair was completely damaged and nothing fit properly there’s many gaps in between hardware. I was also promised a discount and a refund of $200 that I have not received tell this day I’m angry

I wanted a particular part. I order it. I received it. It was what it needed and it fit perfectly. Service was outstanding!

I felt like I could get this product on Amazon for a similar price in 2 days (rather than 5- and yes I should only count 'business days' but you know who doesn't- Amazon). Also using SHOP to track the shipment..... it's 2026 folks- Do better.
All that aside from it being a Maxnomic chair- I'm not a big guy, that metal base should have never needed replacing.

So quick back story, I've had my Maxonomic chair for a little over 10 years and its in great condition (just the leather is a little faded).. only thing was the lever adjusting height was messed up..

I bought a new cylinder and EASILY replaced it. I SAVED so much money because I was super close to calling it quits. THANK YOU!

Great product . My first chair lasted 10 years. I only replaced it because the arm rests started to fall apart. My package did have a shipping error but it was resolved fast and professionally.

I ordered a cylinder for my chair. I placed the order for the wrong one. My fault. Called in and they were more than helpful. They sent me the one I needed. Great customer service.
