Never got my Doppler, I had emailed customer service for them to say there was never an order placed. I gave them the order number & tracking number. I would like a refund for my money. I never even got a conformation email to my email about my Doppler. I was high hopes for this product but they proved me wrong. I WANT A REFUND !!!!!!!!

Love this product! It has given my husband and I peace of mind during the first trimester and we continue to use it. The shipment of the Doppler was very quick! I ordered late on a Tuesday and received the package by Monday (during the holidays). It comes with a little tube of ultrasound gel as well.

I am still learning the ins and outs of operating this doppler to its full potential but I’m already amazed with it. My boyfriend has been unable to hear our daughter’s heartbeat at our appointments because she’s a wiggle worm. It took me no time to find it with this doppler. It was nice to be in the comfort of our home hearing her heartbeat and knowing she’s content and healthy. This is, hands down, the best purchase decision I’ve made during this pregnancy.

I received the packed heard the heart beat but it did not pick it up or read it only mine. Im currently 14 weeks and my ob found the heartbeat in less then 2 mins with her hand held doppler tried mine and did not work. This was one after the other. Defective product does not work not worth your money. During your second and third trimester they will check alot so you'll be okay.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered with next day shipping and was completely GHOSTED. I tried emailing (no answer), messaging on their site (no answer) and even calling (NUMBER DOESNT WORK). I NEVER received my Doppler. This place is a SCAM

This product does not work. I put it on my own heart and it doesn't even detect my heartbeat which is much stronger than a baby's. Don't waste your money. Their return policy won't allow you to return unless the product is unopened or defective and it has to be within 7 days of receiving it.

Hey! Been taking pregnancy test for the last 2 months and they all said negative. I even took pictures of the one I did today. I’ve been craving, nauseous, sore breast, cramping, runny nose, tired, really bad muscle cramps and dizzy. Decided to use the Doppler to see if I heard a heartbeat and I did. It was loud and clear. As soon as I wake up in the morning I’m going to the dr. I’m in a state of shock.

The doppler I ordered was 2 MHZ, and the one I received was 3 MHZ. They now say that they no longer have a 2 MHZ probe and therefore can't send me one. I am trying to get them to refund my order- as it was their false advertising that led to my purchasing the wrong item, and now they aren't taking responsibility for their mistake by giving me a refund. Also, the Sonoline B works better- I already have that doppler and only purchased this one for the 2 MHZ probe. Bad product, bad customer service.

I can’t even describe the happiness I felt while listening to my baby’s little heartbeat because of Neeva Baby Nano. Perfect!!

I want to return the product. Website says to return I have to email.. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone to initiate a return. The policy says it must be returned within 7 days and they are not making it possible because no one responds to the customer service email account. I have also tried FB messenger provided on the website with no reponse.

I received a package that had been opened and items removed. I have a very hard time teaching customer service to deal with the problem.

After struggling with infertility I was so excited to have this product for some peace of mind; however, it’s done nothing but cause me stress. I am fifteen weeks and still cannot locate a heartbeat, so I went to my doctor and she couldn’t even find it with this device. She checked with her doppler and ultrasound and everything was perfect. Don’t waste your money.

Works great! User friendly, we were able to hear our babies heartbeat nice and clear.

I was able to hear my baby's heartbeat at 8 weeks with this monitor, it was faint but if you know what you're listening for you can pick it out. This is my first baby and having this monitor really gives you the peace at mind.

Product works fine however I experienced poor customer. There are lots of similar products on the market. Consider taking your business elsewhere.

Purchased on May 10. Today July 22 it stopped working. I payed more for the nano fetal Doppler and it stopped working after 4 uses within 2 months. Waste of $. Would like for my product to be refunded or replaced.

Not very sensitive and picking up on baby‘s heartbeat, even at 15 weeks it takes a long time to find.
And it goes through batteries like no other I’ve owned before. Maybe three uses and you need a whole new set of batteries. So it is costly because between the amount of time it takes to work and the amount of batteries uses it’s almost not worth it.

Never received the products I bought. Never received shipping updates. I reached out to them about my order and I got an email to review the products. So here I am. Don’t order from them. I also don’t think they are from the US as my bank account was charged a foreign transaction fee after this purchase.
