Está empresa tiene muy buenos profesionales. Me ayudaron a decidirme porque me explicaron muy bien todas mis dudas sobre los cuadros y el resultado final mereció muchíiiisimo la pena.

Recently bought a large canvas from their website . Absolutely awful, a cheap printed print . Looks cheap and nasty . £200 down the drain and off to the charity shop with it . Be warned !!!!

Hold jer langt væk fra dette firma. Virkelig dårlig kvalitet ift prisen. Og man kan IKKE returnere hvis man bestiller med ramme, selvom kvaliteten ikke lever op til det afbillede emne på deres webside.

Løgn, på løgn, på løgn.
Manglende shipping, manglende svar på henvendelser.
Mest af alt et fake company som jeg fraråder på det kraftigste at handle med.
Vil nu forsøge at indgive en politianmelselse.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. We received a £63 customs charge on top of our order (not made totally clear at the point of purchase) and when our order did arrive, weeks & weeks after ordering, the frame was disconnected from the canvas and we had to repair it ourselves before being able to hang the print. The best Neibac offered by way of compensation was a 25% discount off a second order, which was ridiculous given they offer 20% discounts across the board on a weekly basis and it's highly unlikely that we'd order from them again given the quality, delay and customs charge with our first order! I got tired of trying to communicate this, and my frustrations, to their customer service department so gave up in the end...

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The order was processed and delivered very quickly, and the communication with the store was clear, professional and seamless from start to finish.

Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the quality of the painting. It is exactly as I imagined it would be and looks even better in person. Everything was exactly as expected, and I honestly have no reservations whatsoever.

I would definitely recommend this store and would not hesitate to order again in the future. Knowing that I can purchase with confidence and receive exactly what I am hoping for makes me very happy to come back for another piece

El retoque a mano es simplemente un atraco. Ni retoque, ni nada. 4 pegotes mal puestos por 100 euros.

Zero stars actually. I already wrote one review and thought I was done with this awful experience, only to 2 months later receiving a FedEX bill with additional shipping charges for the product going through customs. This "possible" charge is buried in the fine print but it is not listed at the point of sale or along with the shipping charges. So another reason for BUYER BEWARE.

J'ai acheté une toile avec option "unique" qui en est tout sauf une. Le format d'1.5.m est arrivé pixelisé. L'image est de très mauvaise qualité et les touches uniques ne mettent absolument pas la toile en valeur. Grande deception. SAV catastrophique. Ne veut pas reprendre la toile car j'ai payé pour la touche "unique" sauf que c'est la qualité du tableau dont je ne suis pas satisfaite. Le SAV est de très mauvaise foi!

Très belles réalisations. Tableaux de toute beauté. A recommander très fortement.

It’s a scam.
They don’t respect the deadlines, they pretend that they send the paintings, you will never receive it, and also will never get reimbursed.

A fuir absolument ! Le tableau reçu est une vulgaire photocopie, fortement pixelisée.
Cela fait 10 jours que je demande le remboursement et le renvoi du tableau, plus personne ne répond !

meine Erfahrungen sind wirklich sehr gemischt. Wenn ich mit dem Positiven beginne dann hat es mit der zweiten Bestellung gut funktioniert (berücksichtigt man das es zu der zweiten Bestellung nur kam weil ich ein Bild tauschen wollte, denn tauschen ist der einzige Weg ein Bild kostenlos zurückzusenden). Diese zweite Bestellung funktionierte so wie sein sollte: Bestellen, liefern, fertig)
Dies ist aber nur der eine Teil der Geschichte. Der andere Teil begann mit der ersten Bestellung. Es wurden zwei Positionen bestellt: Ein Objekt mit drei Bildern und ein weiterer Bild. Als die Bilder bei mir ankamen (auch die Lieferung klappte noch gut) stellte ich fest das zwei der Drucke des ersten Objektes leichte Flecken hatten. Ich dachte ok, sei mal nicht so. Ich bemerkte aber auch das das weitere Bild eigentlich im Wohnraum zu viel ist. Das war dann mein Fehler. Aber ok, zurücksenden dachte ich, … und dann begann das Chaos. In Summe waren es 24 (!) emails die hin und her gingen. . Zu erst einmal wurde gesagt das ein Rückversand nicht möglich sei. Die Bilder haben einen Rahmen – weil Rahmen – sind sie personalisiert. D.h. überhaupt kein Rück-versand, weder kostenlos noch kostenpflichtig. Dann fand ich den Punkt in den Erklärungen das durch den Kauf eines weiteren Bildes eine Verrechnung erfolgen kann und dann die Rücksendung doch kostenlos ist. Dies wurde dann in den emails hin u. her diskutiert. Dann wollte man plötzlich das Bild doch zurücknehmen. Ich solle aber erneut 100€ zahlen. D.h. zwei Bestellungen voll-ständig bezahlt plus erneut 100€ ??? Die Antwort lautete dann „wir müssen das nicht tun“ … Ergebnis: Aktuell sitze ich auf allen Bildern und nichts wird zurückgeschickt. Ich überlege rechtliche Schritte.
Merke: Wenn dort überhaupt etwas bestellt werden sollte dann NIE ein Bild personalieren (d.h. z.b. mit Rahmen bestellen) weil es sonst zu exakt meinem Fall kommen kann. Übrigens, der bestellte Rahmen passt nur in der bestellten Farbe. Die Qualität der Rahmens ist eher minderwertig.
D.h. wie man auch in anderen Rezessionen lesen kann – sobald diskutiert werden muss folgen definitiv keine kundenorientierten Lösungen, es folgt nur Ärger.

I got a painting that does not look like the picture at all and they refuse to give me a refund

Despite they wanted all payment in front they are not able to (or dont want) to issue an invoice / receipt. I send them about 20 emails and until today no result. I dont know how this company can work if they cannot issues a simple invoice ... because of them Im having now troubles with my accounting...

⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE IN THE UK — I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ORDERING FROM NEIBAC. ⚠️
I ordered canvases from Neibac and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
The canvases arrived damaged, including damage to the prints themselves. The overall quality was also very poor. They are advertised as hand-painted artwork, but what I received appeared to be reprints rather than genuinely hand-painted pieces. The canvas material was extremely thin, almost see-through, and the corner folds and finishing were of a very poor standard.
What made the experience even worse was the way the damage was handled. I contacted Neibac expecting some understanding and a reasonable resolution, but they were not sympathetic to the situation and showed very little concern about the damage. I had also paid extra for shipping protection, yet this did not cover the damage in my case.
I spent around £400 and was offered just £30 as compensation. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.
On top of this, there was also an import fee when ordering into the UK, which I was not made aware of clearly at the time of ordering.
For the price, the quality, the condition the canvases arrived in, and the customer service I received, I cannot recommend Neibac.
If you are in the UK, I strongly advise that you DO NOT order from this company. I would personally avoid it altogether.

Absolutely horrendous. This company will steal your money and ignore all communication from you. I do not understand how they are still in business.

Same as their sister company Amore. They have multiple same websites selling the same products. No communication on delivery the bogus communication of courier despatch notes and weird replies to emails. Multiple accounts on WhatsApp using both names. Can’t cancel and won’t refund. I paid by credit card so made a claim there.
Do not trust them. Bogus outfit.
