The company were efficient in going through our selling & buying of property. Most of the time we were able to do all our dealings with the company on line. Any questions were answered promptly. The only thing is these days everything is done online. Which is fine but you miss the human personal contact. The staff we delt with were very efficient & friendly. It's just that all the youngsters are more tech savvy than me in my +60's I found some parts more stressful trying to be sure we didn't get it wrong. Which the took longer to do.
Overall Nelson Matt is a very competitive company to use. We had Esther Alawode & she was very helpful in all aspects of our journey through buying & selling of our properties. Many Thanks Esther.

I have a difficulty with with everything been sent by text as I don’t understand all this information been sent by that way, I have a phobia with all this computer I’m 85 its useless sending me messages etc , I’m old fashion I want paper work where I can read it correctly, But Judith Law was great and dealt with my sons regarding the sale of my bungalow.

Elisha Roberts dealt with the conveyancing when purchasing my new home. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was provided with. Elisha was excellent from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to use her again. She was easily contactable, very quick to respond to any queries and excellent at chasing the relevant people towards the end.

Sold my house through this company, the solicitor was Elisha Roberts. The move wasn’t without difficulties but Elisha was always available to field calls and queries. She even dealt with my insurance company at one point! I’d have no hesitation in using them again

They were instructed for the sale and purchase of properties. There were a lot of basic mistakes made. We received forms which were just templates and had to be returned, forms which included incorrect names , we were asked to download and print off many forms and have them signed and witnessed because errors had been found on originals. We began to worry that if even the basics weren’t being done correctly would the complicated legal contracts be correct because we had no way to check them. It was a very stressful time. And then when it was all completed - successfully thankfully we received a phone call to say another mistake had been made and they had miscalculated the cost and not deducted enough from the remaining funds before sending the balance back to us - and no apology!
