No Response Regarding Customs Questions
I have already sent several emails regarding questions about customs clearance of my recent order, but unfortunately I have not received any reply so far.
I would really appreciate a response, as I need this information in order to complete the process.

Old stock
I ordered the box of 38 Bach Remedies, they arrived but they only had a 2 year shelf life. They should and normally do come with 4 years. One of the bottles had 3 years, it feel like the rest were stocked with old stock. Half the shelf life for the price. I’ve contacted Nelsons twice by email and never received a reply. I wouldn’t recommend buying Bach Remedies from a company where you only get 2 years use and no responses when you contact them.
