Really good communication with reminder texts for your diary. Clean, professional entrance. Receptionist is very kind and polite. Staff are very funny and put your nervous kids at ease yet will politely/firmly remind them, as they should, to brush properly etc. 10/10

Excellent service and treatment
We were so lucky to have Libby Richardson as my daughter's orthodontist for her brace. What a great connection she has with teenagers, and never a pinched lip or accidental poke during the whole course of treatment. Couldn't recommend her more. Appointments were always on time too.

Critical appointment information ignored
Unfortunately the meeting reminder system doesn't appear to be working properly so the message re my appointment for May, apparently sent in March, never arrived. Also, despite putting in parameters of availability, these were completely ignored. The upshot was that I received an appointment text the week before for a date/time that I could never have done. The practice did accommodate eventually but to the detriment of another commitment that I had made. All very unfortunate.

My son has had excellent treatment starting in the pandemic and has a strong jawline and straight teeth....even after being a thumb sucker when small. Totally professional service so Totally different from my daughter's experience in Folkestone 2 years before. Thank you.
