After recently moving into my new house, I realised that landing area was squeaking while walking over.

I had consultation with Naveen, he narrowed down possible issues and walked over plan to fix it.

2 weeks later, he called me up with 1 week heads-up for an appointment.

On the day of appointment Naveen and his team spent time investigating the issue, which is very rare and most of the tradesmen rather would quoted for complete replacement costing a fortune. They worked tireless, identifying places to nails and applying hard lubricant.

Considering the challenges, I didnt expect to be fixed or the best partial fix. But to pleasant surprise, It was completely fixef and no mote annoying squeaking noise! Well done team.
