I ordered a 36" RGB all text sign, the APP remote and a USB plug. What I got was a 36" RGB all text sign whose first 3 letters light up a different color than the rest of the word (on some color settings it's not as noticeable as others), basic remote and a wall plug. When I contacted NeonsignLife about the issues, they tried to say that my sign is too big for the USB plug, but the website says differently. I had to explain twice that the problem with the colors is when the light is ON not off. And no one is offering to refund some money or make a new sign. Order #1658
