Neotec has all the right information to get you to buy with confidence and even gives you an extended warranty for registration of the product. But buyer BEWARE when you need to use the warranty all you get is a run around and cat and mouse game of strange emails and their well trained staff to lead you on for weeks asking for your order number FIVE different times even though you already entered it on the request form you submitted. Neotec is the WORST company I have felt with in a long time.

Bought a brand new blower was not cheap. By the second time I was using a gas was leaking. All over the place and onto my pants, I have made several attempts to get an answer from neotech about this blower and how to get it fixed where to take it. Or whatever, and I'm getting just a runaround, I would suggest anybody stay away from any type of equipment. Sold by neotech, it is dangerous and can cause serious harm if not death. Because of the leakage.

Started out at eBay and ended up at law enforcement and bank. It was the classic bait and switch number. After the troubles began (quickly) I somehow bought a different saw which I never did. Bank said to drop eBay after another prior incident. Law enforcement said the same with increased problems. eBay had the same run-around-the-issue routine. I had enough of the fake support and endless demands for a video over simple questions. I send a copy of purchase and do forth.
Neo Tec might have a big plant no photo could be found and no mailing address. EBay staff was lost and Neo Tec phone contact was mostly recorded messages.
Stay away.

I ordered a part February 14 it’s now march 12 and I still haven’t received my part and the money came out of my account I’m not happy about it

Customer service is horrible no phone number or office to be in contact with yes after several days my email was answerd product listing wasn’t good either shipping is not as advertised 3 to 5 buissnes days is more like 2 to 3 weeks iam still waiting on a order from the middle of February here it is March 10 when they did contact me through email it was professional I will say that but it’s false advertising for the shipping 3 to 5 days expedient shipping it’is not snail mail

Still waiting to received the saw i received both bars and chains but no saw and they will not respond to my emails
