They charged me for a cancelled policy and claim that since they us 3rd party billing they can not return the funds. Someone has over $600 in a policy premium for a policy that is cancelled and Neptune is refusing to assist getting my money back that should not have even charged in the first place. This happened over a month ago and I am still trying to get is resolved. Will never use again.

This company is using other insurance companies to require their insurance and if you don't get the insurance they will still charge you. Very unethical!

Was easy to determine what kind of policy I needed, to get a proposal, several actually, and come back and pick up where I left off working towards policy purchase. Had one issue, post policy issue that was easily resolved by customer service.

Kyle Folland was my Neptune Representative & he was excellent ! He guided me through the whole process & he helped me cancel one of my policies because I actually double booked so I had 2 flood policies & he helped me & he initiated my refund on the canceled one since I had paid twice !

Flood insurance is an optional product for my location. I tried Neptune Flood and decided not to renew. The company has renewed the policy without payment and will not stop baggering me for payment, citing that it's "the law" and policy. I informed both my agent and Neptune Flood that I would not be renewing. The company states they will cancel the policy (that I did not sign for) after 30 days of "non payment". I don't appreciate being labeled as "non payment" and have a feeling others with outstanding credit histories would feel the same. If I ever need Flood insurance again, this treatment will definately affect who I decide to chose and hopefully help others be informed as well.

I contacted the company due to a double payment for my flood insurance. Conner Gleason responded and after his research confirmed the double payment and told me I would receive the refund in 30 days. I received it in less than 2 weeks. I appreciate the quick response.

This company is a ripoff. They cancel your policy cause the don't ask all the appropriate questions and you have to tell them they missed something during application. Your honest with them and then they cancel cause they messed up and won't give you your money back. I have called a numerous of times and they keep saying it should not be much longer

Biggest scam of insurance companies out there. I would stay clear of this company . When they cancel you policy and hold your money not wanting to give it back to you. Bunch of crooks of an insurance company
