After taking delivery of a shower screen I realised it was the wrong size and would therefore like to exchange said screen for one slightly smaller . Very simple request I thought , but There is no contact number at neshome to speak to anyone , therefore I have sent 3 emails with no response from them as of yet .
Their customer service is very poor indeed

Lots of choice on the user-friendly website. Good communication and fast delivery. The unit was just what we were looking for and was exactly as described.

The cupboard was good quality. Instructions for delivery were not helpful to an 80 year old. Probably would not have ordered with you had I read your unhelpful instructions for delivery. Kerside only!! Disgusting arrangements, how does anyone have cupboard delivered not inside a house!

If there was zero thats what NES deserve. Place order for their products from B&Q and cancelled within minutes as the delivery date coming up was later than showing pre order .B&Q also escalated the cancellation . I then placed order direct with them paid extra for express delivery In the morning. I asked if they could amend the order, as I found that they charged admin fee for returned items they said it could only be cancelled . I asked them to cancel They still despatched the order so that they can claim the £10 admin fee for cancellation ! Rip off company. Never buy from them. Trading standards should get involved . Been communicating with a Rachel who stopped communicating with me until after the goods had been despatched . B&Q should remove this company as a marketplace seller

Overall we are happy with the vanity unit and basin we received, plus the ordering and delivery was easy and straight forward. However, it wasn't until after our plumber had unpacked and installed the unit that we noticed the basin is different from the one in the online picture, so slightly disappointed at that

Apalling and will never use again . I ordered a shower screen on next day delivery.. was 2 days late !! It arrived and I am currently immobile after surgery . My son watched the courier put it in my hallway . My builder arrived and said there is glass coming out of the side of the box . I have been emailing them back and forth explaining I am now out of pocket as need to get the builder back to fit a replacement one ( when I get that is anyone’s guess !! ) I said I can’t dispose of the completely shattered glass shower screen and she tells me to take it to the tip !!

Company supplied a tap that was faulty from the moment it was fitted, in that it was dripping. They refused to replace the item and insisted on sending out a replacement part to be fitted at my, the customers expense, completley faing to comply with The Consumer Act 2015. There have been numerous requests to speak to a manager but at the time of writing they had failed to contact me. Appalling customer service.

I needed a replacement part for my Pull-Out Spray Kitchen Sink Mono Mixer Tap that I’d bought over four years ago. It was no longer in production but after sending pics to Rachel, she was able to source a matching part and dispatch it to me within 24 hours, at a reasonable and competitive price. The part works perfectly and I’m very happy with the service I received.

I brought two toilet seats and they both were leaking Contacted with seller but not satisfactory answer and both toilet seats were collected already .its been over a month now still did not get refunded fully.
Will never buy anything from them .

Nes Home - Fawley Round Thermostatic Shower Kit with Bath Filler Chrome - I purchased this product in July 2023. The first one they sent was faulty, missing internal parts from the shower bar. I returned this and a replacement was sent. After only 6 months use, the entire tap assembly dropped off. It could not be fixed as the threads had stripped off completely. It is clear this product is not fit for purpose, as from the B&Q website review, other people have had the same issue. I have asked for a refund, but have been refused. NES have offered a replacement, but I don't want the same issue again. I have again requested a refund or a different shower as a replacement.
Poor quality product and would avoid the company in future. Beware when buying through B&Q!

Very disappointed! Infact Disgusted !
I purchased "Nes Home" freestanding cabinet with basin, WC Unit & Toilet last March.
Unfortunately within 3 months of fitting my unit, I'd knocked a very small bottle of oil from the top of the unit which bounced off the back of the toilet onto the floor. Ti my surprise it didn't damage the bottle at all.
Sadly, there was a small chip and hairline crack at the back surface of the toilet.
I notified B&Q customer services, who said I needed to contact the verified seller.
"Nes Home" Customer Services were not interested at all! They said I'd caused the incident and showed me where I could purchase another toilet. They did not want to understand my concerns about the unit not being fit for purpose or bad design and quality.
I am on a very small medical pension!
I cannot afford to buy another toilet! This unit is not fit for purpose!
The crack has become a safety issue and still No response!!
What has happened to "good customer service"
