NES Home is a scam operation.
B&Q should immediately drop this seller and fix their broken marketplace system. Buyers beware—if you get ensnared like me, prepare for endless messaging, broken promises, and zero refunds.

I purchased the Nes Home Wall Hung WC Cistern Frame with Brushed Brass Square Button Flush Plate via B&Q marketplace—and what followed has been nothing short of a nightmare.
• I received an incomplete flush plate, no internal parts—just a dirty box stuffed with random light‑fixture debris.
• NES Home have done “everything and anything” to dodge responsibility, continuously ignoring my refund requests even weeks after I returned the faulty item.
• Meanwhile, B&Q’s role is laughable—they literally pass the buck through endless message threads: “Contact the seller”—who then ghosts or lies about refund timing. It’s a revolving circle of excuses and finger-pointing.
• Weeks later, with proof of return, I still haven’t seen a penny. Both B&Q and NES Home are living in some alternate universe where ‘vague promises’ equals accountability.
• This whole setup is exactly the kind of “verified seller” scam fellow reviewers warned us about.

B&Q doesn’t publish marketplace reviews, especially for third-party sellers like NES Home.

Bought previously with no problem. Ordered bathroom sink unit and furniture again but had a problem with the delivery of my items. Just could not arrange delivery when I asked for it with some difficulty with communication. After eventually contacting them by phone rather than by email I arranged to collect my items as I live only 20 minutes away from their depot. Collection was fine and the items are as described and in excellent condition ready for me to fit.
Apart from this hiccup what I have ordered is at a very reasonable price and appear to be of good quality.
I would add that they were very kind to refund the delivery charge I had paid.

Quick and easy to order and was kept updated on progress of order and delivery date. A very good quality item which arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. Extremely satisfied customer. Thank you

Thermostatic shower valve excellent value and goo delivery service

Purchased a product listed as “suitable for various bathroom spaces” – only to find it impossible to mount on a standard wall due to rear-facing fixings. When I tried to return it under the Consumer Rights Act, the company refused to cover return costs, claiming it wasn’t misdescribed.

Further investigation shows Nes Home Ltd was dissolved in 2021 and no active company appears to exist on Companies House at the address provided. This raises serious questions about whether they are trading legally at all.

I would advise others to be cautious – there’s no clear accountability or valid company registration to protect consumers.

Straight forward and excellent delivery

The worst company I have never bought anything from!
I have been waiting a WEEK for someone to answer a simple question about a shower bar. I have had a few messages backwards and forwards informing me all the information is on the description. IT IS NOT! I pointed out if it was I wouldn't be asking them and also that if it is maybe they could tell me where. The response is that someone from their team is looking into it! I've not heard anything from them for days.
If I had the item in front of me I could see for myself within seconds but as they can't even tell me if the returns are free I won't buy an item with a vital measurement missing. What a bunch of clowns!
I ordered on screwfix instead. Ordered at approx 8pm and the item was with me by 10 am the next morning and the return of items if needed is very simple unlike this dodgy lot. I will never waste my time with this appalling company again.
I have read quite a few reviews where people have had problems with this company and getting their money back. Look up the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but another option is that you can also request a chargeback through your bank or your credit card is jointly liable if it is over £100 or you paid for some of it on a credit card. Don't let these cowboys con you.

Awful products and even worse customer service!
Bought a shower mixer 6 months ago and every part of it has failed, paint flaking off, all seals broken and leaking. Plastic parts have broken so the handheld shower head drops off. Simply put, crap product made of even worse materials.
Customer service told me, it’s because of the shower spray we’ve used to clean it which has caused all the problems. Basically blaming Flash bathroom cleaner for parts breaking and rubber seals perishing in 6 months, total rubbish.

Dreadful product, worse customer service.

If I could give 0 starts I would they supplied a terrible product which broke within days and then failed to give proper compensation and took ages to sort the problem and customer service was shocking and the workmanship was terrible.

Please save yourself the time and money and don’t buy from here

Avoid this company.
Had to chase delivery ,when goods arrived doors on unit were different shades of white ! Toilet cistern different colour to pan !
When sorting out returns we were informed we had to pay £50.00 collection charge ????
Abysmal people to deal with

I bought some sink unit with drawers and I had it installed in October and by December, it has started cracking which I notified them immediately. They said they would send a unit replacement of the drawer and it is now June and still waiting for the answer is most probably won’t be getting it. I would not touch this company as it’s excuse after excuse.

The kitchen tap arrived quickly enough, however it was the wrong colour - brass (gold) rather than copper.

Initially the company told me that it was the correct item, however it was clear to anyone looking at the photo I sent that it was completely different to the image shown on the page for the copper item, and was apparent to me that one of the brass-coloured items had somehow found its way into a box marked with the code for copper.

Since I raised this with the company, communication has been terrible. I would expect this to be sorted out within a few hours, but the few responses to emails have arrived at odd times, and not with any sense of urgency or that they have any interest in sorting this out.

I've had two requests for pictures, although I sent a picture early on so god only knows why a different member of staff had asked for it again -this suggests it is completely uncoordinated.
It appears to me that either this company is dishonest, or it is run as someone's hobby that they do when they can be bothered, rather than a legitimate and well-organised business

I would avoid at all costs; pay a bit more if you need to. I have contacted b and q to suggest they remove Nes from their seller list, and I'm going to have to use my credit card company to claim back on this.

NES Home is a verified seller on the B&Q website. I ordered an item and was told it would arrive in 2 days. Then I received an email advising that they attempted to deliver! The attempted delivery was to a completely different address. Spoke to b&q, no resolution. A few days later I received a text saying the item was lost. This is over a week now, no communication from them.

This company is a scam!!

Great product at good price, yet to use them but looked good.

Please avoid buying anything from them. They don’t follow instructions for the delivery; it took them almost 2 weeks to deliver my sink! And once it was finally delivered it was completly broken. The only way to contact them is via email as they don’t have telephone number or LinkedIn account. This is the worse customer service ever. I don’t recommend !

⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor customer service and warranty loopholes

I purchased a thermostatic shower mixer from Nes Home, and unfortunately, the product developed a fault not long after installation. When I contacted their customer service, I was told they wouldn't provide a replacement because I had used a standard bathroom cleaner — something completely reasonable in any bathroom setting.

Despite following normal care practices, they hid behind a warranty clause that apparently voids your rights if you use anything other than water and a soft cloth. It feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility rather than stand by the quality of their product.

I’m now left with a faulty item and no support, which is incredibly disappointing. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend buying from Nes Home unless you’re prepared to have no real support if something goes wrong.

Absolutely disgusting service with B&Q no help either! Ordered a £400 bathroom unit, it arrived damaged, I've heard nothing since with B&Q apparently escalating this aswell. It has now been over a week since reporting the item as damaged with not even a reply! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Ordered two bathroom units
One looked tho it had been a return before as box was re taped up no instructions inside and fixings and doors damaged
Still waiting for two new doors to arrive
