My order was placed on 3rd. Supposed reach by 10th. Then everyday till 15th September, for 5 days I am getting notifications that it is delayed, will be delivered soon. Suddenly today it's status on the website is showing that it is "fulfilled" which is actually not? Also on enquiring on WhatsApp chat, they are saying me that my return request is accepted. !!!!! How would I raise a return request when I have not received the order????
On phone number provided , I tried 5-6times, only to hear the hold music and recorded message that ' you will soon be connected, thank you for your patience '
WhatsApp chat tells me to contact Delhivery partner, and Delhivery partner never sends OTP after multiple tries!!!!!
Is there anyone who is answerable???????
How can we rely on you if we want to buy some gift which is supposed to reach on time , bec otherwise it won't serve the purpose

I had ordered terracotta diyas. The order was delivered before the estimated date. The packaging was done beautifully ensuring the safety of the fragile items. Thank you Nestasia.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PATHETIC SERVICE! Their delivery guy is lying, saying he has attempted delivery, now they have sent me a message that they cannot deliver as 'consignee is uncontactable'! When I have personally called the delivery guy thrice, to confirm the time of delivery with him, but he has never picked up his phone!

AND if I am 'uncontactable', how am I constantly writing to them on WhatsApp and complaining about the issue, with the same number they say is 'uncontactable'??????

Also, the delivery guy doesn't even need my number, he has to first enter my building, then go through the security staff downstairs, who will then call us on the intercom, then give the delivery guy access to the lift and my home door?? None of this obviously happened, the delivery guy did not even enter my building as we would have been informed by intercom, then asked the staff downstairs to send him up???

So they use a third-rate delivery company (to save a few rupees, I guess), whose staff does not even attempt delivery, simply tells them he cannot deliver as 'consignee uncontactable'....And they believe this guy whose job it is to enter a building and deliver, which never happened, we have cameras everywhere to prove this, also a good security team who intercom whenever a delivery comes....

Now I have to struggle to get a refund from this company, as I am not interested in buying anything from such an unprofessional/ dishonest team....!!!!

The products are of very good quality. The shipping took a while but it was worth the wait.

Received the product i loved the colour and material and delivery was very quick

As a premium brand, I believe a higher standard of service is expected. Offering only store credit for returns, instead of a basic refund-to-source option, feels limiting and a bit unfair from a customer experience perspective. I hope you’ll consider providing more flexible return policies in line with the expectations your brand sets

Extremely Disappointed – Overpriced & Poor Service

I had a terrible experience with Nestasia. The quality of the product was subpar and not at all what you'd expect for the steep prices they charge. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns and tried to return the product, they refused to issue a proper refund and instead forced a store credit—despite the clear service failure on their part.

Warning: Their return policy is a trap. They either delay your refund indefinitely or keep your money tied up in credits.

To top it off, I later found the exact same products on other platforms for 1/3rd of the price. Nestasia is highly overpriced for the cheap quality they offer.

Avoid at all costs. Feels like a polished scam dressed as a premium brand.

The products are very nice and elegant, and prompt deliveries and discounts r also given...so overall very good experience and satisfied

I had a very disappointing experience with Nestesia. I placed an order for a stainless steel tumbler and received a dispatch message, but on the delivery day, I got no call or message from the delivery agent. After a few days, I was told the delivery failed and the order was returned.

When I contacted Nestesia, they said they don’t issue refunds and only credit the amount to the Nestesia Wallet. I didn’t want that, but they refused a cash refund. I reluctantly ordered again using the wallet balance—and the same thing happened. No call, no delivery, and again it was marked as failed.

Now I’ve paid twice and received nothing, and they still refuse to refund me. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to customers. Please improve your delivery and refund policy. I no longer trust ordering from this site.

They sell very cheap quality and within few use it's start getting damaged and upon contacting they said they don't provide any support. Please don't buy waste of money

The pieces were broken, the refund policy of this website sucks, I ordered for the first time from here and they were a huge disappointment. the original shipment was delayed 5 days and when received my items were broken. I certainly do not recommend this company.
