Me and My partner used NEST service during our first time mortgage. Razia was very helpful and always available to advise us. With her knowledge, support and commitment to the case we've completed our house purchase and now we're ready to move in. I highly recommend NEST for anyone who needs their service.

I used Nest Mortgage and financial solutions to get a mortgage and also insurance for a house. From the start of the process of looking at what we could afford to completion on our house Razia was amazing. She was always very helpful and easy to communicate with either replying to emails quickly or available for phone or Teams meetings within the same week. We would without a doubt use Nest again and ask for Razia as she has done an amazing job! we are now moving into our house and feel super lucky to have the support from her to be able to do so.

We had the best experience with Nest as first time buyer. Fantastic Ania made the process of buying the house as easy as possible. Always available to answer any questions (even the silliest), and very proactive, she went over and beyond when looking after us. We really felt like she was buying the house with us, supporting with good word and advice when we struggled with figuring out our next step, and celebrating milestones. Razia helped when making decisions about home insurance and beyond - she even managed to convince a stubborn family member to look after themselves a bit better:-). Ania was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much for her. Ania also recommended a solicitor and Alex was amazing too.
Any emails I sent were always replied within the same day or most of the time within the hr.
Ania would also check in when we were house searching to see how things were going and offered her advice if needed.
I felt completely supported throughout the process!

Anna is so incredibly helpful and will get you the best deal on your mortgage, Razia is an amazing financial advisor, as someone who works in insurance claims, trust me I've seen bad advisors, Razia follows up and gets you great cover! I can’t recommend Ania enough. This was my first house purchase but I had nearly gone through with a purchase earlier in the year with an online mortgage broker and the difference was night and day. Ania was always so easy to reach, incredibly responsive and actioned things straight away. Within a matter of days I had my mortgage offer, whereas it had taken several weeks with the online broker. As a first time buyer the process seemed daunting and uncertain however as soon as I started working with Ania I was clear on what I needed to do and what to expect. At every stage Ania was phenomenal and the process of getting a mortgage with Nest was so smooth and I was always given the very best information and what would work best for me. Razia was such an amazing support for us as first time buyers, especially at a time which is so stressful.
