Order was late,

Ordered some goods to be delivered to my cousin in South Africa. Money was taken immediately, and was told that my delivery would be delivered on 30 July 2026.
Now it is 3 August 2026 and there is still no delivery.
I have tried using the automated chat bot. However that just stalls you.
I have tried using the WhatsApp route. It just gives you a number to ring.
I have tried ringing the number. You are just placed in a queue with a stupid comfort message.
I have tried emailing orders email address. No reply.

I am trying to cancel my order. Chat bot says it will redirect me. No further communication.

This companies customer care leaves a lot to be desired.

Delivery was great, as well as the tracking. The advertising is a bit misleading. I ordered the personalised ice bucket and had to choose one of three options namely standard, Wine and I can't remember the third option. Standard has a champagne bottle and 2x glasses, Wine has a wine bottle and 1x glass and is R100 more. The last option is R150 odd more with another bottle in. The advertising means on standard it comes with a Champagne bottle but one can change to wine for R100 more or even more for more expensive wine/liquer. The advertisement must then have a clause to say no Champagne included on standard. It is an anniversary after all. (Order Number: 109221464)

The delivery was not made on the correct day. It was a special birthday and they did not make the delivery which we pay for. Furthermore they were unable to provide me with a reason why it was not delivered.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for National Girlfriend’s Day, and NetFlorist delivered beyond expectations! The arrangement arrived in fresh, beautifully presented, and right on schedule. It put the biggest smile on her face. Thank you for helping me make the day so memorable-will definitely use the service again.

Next day delivery which was great - but felt that it came at the cost of the quality of the final product. Expected much higher quality on the printing of the mug (as advertised in image examples displayed on their website) from such a big company like NetFlorist, especially for the price you pay, you would expect much better quality or as advertised

The flowers were fresh and vibrant. Always a pleasure

A day late, she cried yesterday for not receiving any flowers. Thank you thats great !!!!! This after i confirmed on friday

Please add a zero option for that's what my experience was. They delivered a "Get well soon" pesent to my girlfriend for her birthday

The gift is perfect. Only problem I have is I had to wait for hours. The gift got to me at 8pm and it was already late for the recipient. The delivery services were very poor.

they came at 8pm, and they looked absolutely nothing like what the reference photo showed

The gift arrived long after 20:00pm with the incorrect stuffed toy. I selected the dog hamper & they got a penguin

The gift was delivered so late and it wasted the whole day of the person who received it as there was no time frame for delivery

It is not right

I ordered flowers and a personalized gift hamper for a special occasion. The website was super easy to navigate, and the delivery arrived right on schedule! The recipient loved how fresh the flowers were and how beautiful the packaging was. Highly recommend!

For a business that charges astronomical prices for their products, they deliver very poor service
