In general the service is good. Streeming can be hit and miss at times. Also on the TV module the pay list can disappear for a few days. When I complain it does get rectified.

No funciona en FIRETV ni con VPN ni sin VPN. contraté 6 meses más el suplemento de la conexión proxy. Y no funciona. Solicito reembolso y no me lo confirman. Si que atienden el servicio de postventa pero sin solución en mi caso

Some streaming channels work on and off
Not consistent!

Side loaded on Firestick and can only get programming from outside the USA.No English speaking programs. Can't find anything in settings to change the country..IMO Vonwik is a better IPTV service

Great and fast response

Over the last 6 months their support have not been responsive. Live canadian stations that i watch have freeze frames while audio continues. Also constant buffering.

Have been using the sub for about a year now , was very good up until the last few months . Many of the Canadian local channels don't work . The service is beginning to buffer and skip more then it ever has . Support will respond through an email , My last request for service was a week ago and still waiting for them to take care of the matter , yet they did respond 🤣 . The service has been over sold as like many others out there.

The subscription is up in January and probably won't renew . Cheers 🇨🇦

Every couple of months all the tv Channels stop working and when I email netfly , if I get lucky someone may respond and give some new playlist to enter and it may work or not. I am not 3 days without tv and waiting to hear from someone to help me fix the issue. I will not renew or recommend this iptv.
Update, 3 Days past and I am still waiting for help . No body emailed or msg me on their live chat site😀!!!!
Another update:
It's December 8th 2025 and it's been more than a week that I am again without Tv channels. Some American and British channels work , but no sports channels. I only use the shows and movies option for now until my membership is done in 2 months. The last response I got from an agent was that I need to get vpn . Then why didn't you tell me before I sign up with your service? I will do that with another provider.

Service is not working. Waiting for customer service representative get back in touch still waiting.....

The service is reliable

Works mostly fine. Sometimes certain streams don't work, but not a big issue and expected.
