It is regrettable that you are upset to find your registration advertised for sale. Please note that the reason it is advertised is that we were instructed to sell the registration on Monday 11th January 2021. We continue to advertise registrations, free of charge, until we achieve a sale or until the seller confirms it is no longer available.
We note that the sellers name is different to yours so would imagine the explanation is that you recently purchased the registration and our seller failed to advise that the registration had been sold. We will remove the registration immediately.
Net Plates advertises over 67 million registrations so I am sure you will appreciate we are largely dependant on sellers updating us when availability changes.
Net Plates has been trading for almost 15 years and operate in full compliance with DVLA guidance and UK trading standards. We have built a strong reputation over the years for transparency, professionalism and ethical conduct and aim to provide the highest level of service.

Company tried to steal my private plate…
Company tried to steal my private plate
was looking to purchase a plate and in my horror i actually found my plate i had owned 20 years and currently on a vehicle for sale !!
To make matter worse it was everywhere on many sites but they all stated that Net plates was the culprit 3rd party that was giving them all the information claiming they owned my plate.
DVLA said to report to trading standards
beware your own plate is not on this site
In response to your reply I left my review AFTER you took it down not before
You can put whatever you like about it wasn’t yours to sell and not to worry but still did not say why you was trying to sell it to start with without any permission
Every other number plate seller fingered you as the person tell the rest of them to sell it and I have the emails to prove it

Providing you have the paperwork, no one is able to take ownership of a registration so your concern is unnecessary.

We sell on behalf of millions of third parties, we would not claim to own any of their registrations, we are simply providing a service, assisting them in the sale of their registrations.

I am really impressed with Net Plates. I Purchased a plate this week as a surprise for my partners birthday & was finding the process very confusing and I have to say Natasha couldn't have made the process any easier. She reached out to me to ensure I understood what was required and answered all my questions, she was very understanding & kind.
