Absolutely the finest customer service
So l bought a car to restore in my semi retirement and it needed a better non dating plate. Looked these guys up on line found exactly what l was looking for in this case a cheap plate, paid online the night before. Also note until they confirm the sale the next morning they only put a marker on the transaction. They emailed the following morning asking for V5 details of the donor vehi le and with in minutes the transfer was completed. Follow up email and a nice courtesy call to confirm its all sorted. Does it get any better than that, l dont think so....absolutely the best customer service. Will definitely use them again thanks guys

Professional service
I paid an additional £30 to advertised my plate on their Facebook page, although I am not sure if that helped sell my plate, but overall their service has been efficient and professional.
The timeline they gave me for payout was spot on and they communicated with me when necessary to ensure I knew what was going on.

The service from Net Plates was exceptional
I never thought that number plates could be so cheap but Net Plates proved to me that it is possible. The service from Net Plates was exceptional, it was very quick and very efficient. After payment was completed I done absolutely nothing and yet everything has been completed, all done by Net Plates and done in days not weeks. I recently bought a personalised number plate through NetPlates, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I’d never bought a personalised number plate before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I found NetPlates through Google and looked at a few different companies, but something just kept bringing me back to them. I’m so glad I chose them.
A huge shout-out has to go to Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, and I found all the paperwork and documentation a little daunting at first. Natasha made the whole process so easy, explained everything clearly, and always made me feel completely at ease.
What really stood out was how personal the service felt. Every time I called, Natasha knew exactly who I was, and it never felt like I was just another customer. On the occasions she wasn’t available, everyone else I spoke to was also incredibly helpful, but Natasha really went above and beyond. She’s an absolute credit to the company.
The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and far easier than I ever expected. My new personalised number plate looks absolutely amazing on my new car, and I’m thrilled with the result.
I genuinely can’t fault NetPlates and would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a personalised number plate. I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Thank you again to Natasha and the whole team!

Great service Great price saw the plate advertised on two other sites for more money plus extra cost for a quicker service but went with net plates for the cheaper price and it was still on my car in 5 working days, very happy with my purchase.
