Friendly, personal service. Network Acoustics really takes care of loyal customers - so there was a consideration on the cost of the new cable. Not that such a consideration was needed as the cable delivers above and beyond the expectations in terms of improvements to the sound of my system. Money very well spent to realize the potential of the system components connected by the cable. The cable was hand made and delivered well packaged in a timely manner. Again production quality, look and feel are above reproach

I had them upgrade the power supplies from my 2 Tempus switches. Sent them out from the Toronto, Canada, area on a Tuesday and had them back the following Monday. Stellar turnaround time. The power supplies work flawlessly and the noise floor from the switches has been lowered; so much so that my wife (who, for the last 20 years has reacted to nearly every upgrade with "its sounds the same") out of the blue said she could hear more details in both music and movies and asked what I did.

An astonishing difference! I had very low expectations for the TEMPUS – Hybrid Power Supply Mk.2 upgrade. After all, I am sending the Ethernet signal into a Grimm MU2 and even plugging the Ethernet cable into that box without any filter or switch results in pretty impressive results. How in the world can a refinement in a 12volt power supply make such a difference? It seems very unlikely to me and yet the system sounds wonderfully open, holographic and definitely more musical and involving with your new wonder-box in the chain. I am blown away by your perseverance in the pursuit of these improvements.

I of course wanted this upgrade to be worth the cost but I never expected such glorious results. I did the upgrade on trust knowing you would not have recommended it unless you felt it was truly worthwhile. Truly amazing and wonderful improvements. Thank you for making it possible for my system to benefit from the most recent breakthroughs. Some companies would have neglected their previous customers rather than sharing the improvement in an affordable way.

Tempus upgrade. Some weeks ago I received the mail that an upgrade for the Tempus switch would be available. What a pleasant offer! I accepted the offer, everything was very well organized. Within a few days I had my Tempus back. All promises kept and the performance did improve. I am a happy user!

Amazing products and amazing service! Kudos to the innovators

Products do what they claim. I thought I’d give Tempus and the Eno a try for 60 days and send them back but I’m keeping them. Both add to the quality of the music.

Great service from Rich and Rob at NA, and superb products.
I was sceptical but bought an eno2 knowing there was a 60 day return policy.
It transformed my streamer; so much so, that I bought another eno2 streaming system.
My streamer now matches, or possibly outperforms a high end CD Transport!

I can fully recommend Network Acoustics. The advice was first class. The ordering process was uncomplicated and the delivery was fast. The sound improvement through the Eno2 is still a miracle for me. It's like I got my system to a much higher level, even though it's still the same equipment. Fantastic!!!

So the Eno2 filter system in my digital source chain was instantly a substantial sonic upgrade in soundstage dimensions, lower noise floor and thus resolution. I was a little skeptical about how much it would benefit my rig, but I'm a believer now.

I am very happy with the eno2. In my system it gives a pleasant and relaxed presentation with more air, more articulation and a deeper soundstage.
