Neverless officially promoted SKHY at around $1,500 and confirmed on X and in its community that positions would be converted into SKHY at a 1:10 ratio with no spread. I relied on those statements and purchased the product.

After SKHY began trading, I did not receive the promised conversion. My transaction record was later reclassified as the Korean-listed SK hynix stock, ticker 000660. Neverless then blamed limited capacity at an undisclosed “FINRA-regulated broker partner,” but has not provided the broker’s name or CRD number.

Its public announcement suggested affected balances would be exchanged back into the asset originally used for purchase, while customer support later said settlement would be based on the prevailing market price. This leaves customers carrying the market risk caused by Neverless’ failed conversion.

I have submitted a formal complaint. Neverless only acknowledged receipt and stated that a final response could take up to nearly 35 business days. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious before trusting this platform with money.

The customer service is very helpful.
But don't try to fill your account with USD, it was a mess to get back my money.

However, there's one major downside: bank transfers don't allow sending or receiving money to/from third parties.

So I'd like to ask the Neverless team to add this essential feature — the ability to send and receive funds to and from other people (third parties).

Les hemos puesto una demanda que ya está en curso por mala praxis, manipulación del exchange, alteración deliberada de los Spread.

Las Órdenes en St/Tp no funcionan, Los CVS Manipulados, no publican el precio real de compra del activo ni de venta, NO HAY TRANSPARENCIA y cancelan la operación dejándote la posición en perdida, botón de venta se congela cuando quieres vender si el activo está al alza, el dinero te lo bloquean cuando quieres sacarlo de la plataforma a tu cartera Fiat, para Scalping un desastre no funcionan las operaciones quedan totalmente congeladas, lo peor es que no tienen asistencia, no reembolsan lo que el exchange te ha robado por errores técnicos, el dueño de la empresa es el que responde en el soporte técnico, una ESTAFA total, nos vemos pronto en el Juzgado.
